【摘要】：近年来,随着国际原油价格持续走低和国内环保要求不断提高,给国内炼油企业带来较大的冲击,迫使国内炼油企业增加了提高成油品质量装置的建设投入。论文的主要目的是针对当下石油化工项目建设施工管理的现状,结合石油化工装置的具体施工实例,从施工技术、质量、进度、成本四个主要方面进行研究,将成熟的项目管理的理论和方法与石油化工装置施工管理相结合,借助计算机管理软件,探求石油化工项目施工管理的流程和有效措施。首先,本文介绍了当下项目施工管理研究的现状,并对石油化工项目施工的概念和常用的方法进行介绍。接下来本文结合渣油加氢处理装置实例,重点介绍了石油化工项目的施工前期筹划和施工过程控制中的关键环节,包括项目的组织机构、项目施工管理流程、项目施工资源部署、项目施工计划安排以及挣值法在工程实践中的应用等方面,介绍计算机管理系统在现代化石油化工项目施工中的辅助作用,包括选择施工关键线路、调整施工资源、完善资料管理、选择质量控制点和分析施工成本等。最后,论文从质量、进度和成本三个方面总结了渣油加氢处理装置施工管理的经验,分析了计算机管理在施工管理中发挥的效果,展望了石油化工项目建设施工管理的研究前景。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as the international crude oil price continues to decline and the domestic environmental protection requirements continue to rise, it has brought a great impact to domestic oil refining enterprises. The main purpose of this paper is to aim at the present situation of construction management of petrochemical projects, combining with the concrete construction examples of petrochemical plants, from the point of view of construction technology, Quality, schedule and cost are studied in four main aspects. The mature theory and method of project management are combined with the construction management of petrochemical plant, and the computer management software is used. To explore the process and effective measures of petrochemical project construction management. First of all, this paper introduces the current situation of project construction management research. The concept and common methods of petrochemical project construction are also introduced. Then, combining with the example of residue hydrotreating unit, the paper mainly introduces the key links in the pre-construction planning and construction process control of petrochemical project. Including the organization of the project, the process of project construction management, the deployment of project construction resources, the arrangement of project construction plan and the application of earned value method in engineering practice, etc. This paper introduces the auxiliary role of computer management system in the construction of modern petrochemical projects, including selecting key construction routes, adjusting construction resources, perfecting data management, selecting quality control points and analyzing construction costs. This paper summarizes the experience of construction management of residue hydrotreating unit from three aspects of quality, schedule and cost, analyzes the effect of computer management in construction management, and looks forward to the research prospect of construction management of petrochemical project.
