CaO-ZnO固体碱催化剂的制备及其催化大豆油酯交换反应的性能

【摘要】:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了CaO-ZnO固体碱催化剂,并将其用于大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应,利用SEM,TG,XRD等手段对催化剂及其前体进行表征,考察了Ca/Zn摩尔比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等对催化剂性能的影响,优化了大豆油与甲醇酯交换反应的条件。表征结果显示,催化剂中大孔隙的存在有利于油脂分子顺利进入孔道而使催化剂的表面活性位得以有效利用。实验结果表明,催化剂适宜的制备条件为:Ca/Zn摩尔比1.0、焙烧温度750℃、焙烧时间4 h;在醇油摩尔比30、催化剂与大豆油质量比为0.06,70℃,90 min条件下,制备的催化剂催化大豆油和甲醇酯交换反应的甘油收率达90%以上;催化剂重复使用5次后,催化效果未见下降,催化剂具有优异的稳定性。
[Abstract]:CaO-ZnO solid base catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method and was used in the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol. The catalyst and its precursors were characterized by means of SEM-TGX XRD. The molar ratio of Ca/Zn and calcination temperature were investigated. The effects of calcination time on the performance of the catalyst were optimized, and the conditions for the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol were optimized. The existence of macropores in the catalyst is conducive to the smooth entry of the oil molecules into the pore channels and the effective utilization of the active sites on the surface of the catalysts. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for the preparation of the catalysts are as follows: mole ratio of 1: Ca / Zn 1.0, calcination temperature 750 鈩,
