盐穴地下储气库运营期长期稳定性研究

【摘要】:利用较厚的盐丘建设盐穴地下储气库来储存石油与天然气的案例在国外已经有许多年的历史,随着我国经济的发展与科技的进步,对能源的需求也与日俱增,盐穴地下储气库的建设也在我国有了突破性的发展。我国的地质条件相对复杂,国外建设地下储气库的经验无法生般硬套到我国的储气库建设。文章在前人的理论与试验研究的基础上,分别从运营期储气库的运行压力以及夹层方面展开数值模拟研究,分析两个因素对地下储气库运营期稳定性的影响;最后根据金坛盐穴地下储气库工程的地层数据和测井数据,建立精细三维地质模型,通过该模型研究金坛JK5-2号溶腔在运营期的稳定性。主要内容如下: (1)总结了盐岩的力学特征,选择了相应的蠕变本构模型,并通过Fortron编制相应的蠕变子程序运用到有限元软件进行数值模拟。 (2)通过建立不含夹层三维模型,研究了运营期储气压力与溶腔收缩之间的关系,并给出了相应的最佳运行压力。 (3)从夹层的弹性模量、厚度及数量的角度去分析夹层的各项指标的变化对储气库收缩变形的影响,并得出相应的结论。 (4)基于金坛储气库群的地层数据与声纳数据,建立了实际地质条件下JK5-2号溶腔的三维模型,通过数值模拟将夹层与运行压力耦合,分析了JK5-2号溶腔的最佳运行压力、应急采气方案及夹层的影响。
[Abstract]:The case of using thick salt dunes to build underground gas storage in salt caverns to store oil and natural gas has been in foreign countries for many years. With the development of our economy and the progress of science and technology, the demand for energy is increasing day by day. The construction of underground gas storage in salt caverns has also made a breakthrough in China. The geological conditions in China are relatively complex. The experience of foreign countries in constructing underground gas storage can not be rigidly applied to the construction of gas storage in China. On the basis of previous theoretical and experimental studies, the paper carries out numerical simulation studies on the operational pressure and intercalation of gas storage during operation. This paper analyzes the influence of two factors on the stability of underground gas storage during operation, and finally establishes a fine three-dimensional geological model according to the formation data and logging data of the underground gas storage engineering in Jintan Salt Cave. This model is used to study the stability of Jintan JK5-2 cavities during operation. The main contents are as follows:. 1) the mechanical characteristics of salt rock are summarized, the corresponding creep constitutive model is selected, and the corresponding creep subprogram is compiled by Fortron and applied to the finite element software for numerical simulation. 2) the relationship between gas storage pressure and cavity shrinkage is studied by establishing a three-dimensional model without interlayer, and the optimal operating pressure is given. 3) from the angle of elastic modulus, thickness and quantity of interlayer, this paper analyzes the influence of various indexes of interlayer on the shrinkage and deformation of gas storage reservoir, and draws the corresponding conclusions. Based on the formation data and sonar data of Jintan gas storage reservoir group, a three-dimensional model of JK5-2 dissolution cavity under actual geological conditions is established. The intercalation and operational pressure are coupled through numerical simulation, and the optimum operating pressure of JK5-2 dissolved cavity is analyzed. The influence of emergency gas recovery scheme and interlayer.
