输油管道剩余强度评估方法研究

【摘要】:原油外输管道的腐蚀程度随着管道运行年限的增加而不断加剧。目前国内现有的管道检测技术在针对不同类型管道的腐蚀缺陷评价方面,尚无统一的标准和方法,给原油管道的维修、大修和完整性管理带来一定不确定性,增加了管道运营的成本。本文运用统计方法分析研究了庆哈输油管道的腐蚀缺陷特征,从腐蚀缺陷的位置、宽度、长度以及深度等参数中,总结梳理出庆哈输油管道的总体腐蚀特征形态和基本分布规律。为进一步减少目前各类评价方法的局限性,本文在汇总分析和提炼国内外相关学术研究的基础上,重点在腐蚀管道评价方向采取基于有限元分析的方法对被腐蚀原油管道的基本强度进行了评估,从而得出更符合原油储运工程要求的总体评估结果。将有限元分析法的分析结果与国内原油工业的相关标准和试验结果进行了比较,初步显现出有限元法的比较优势。进一步支撑了有限元分析法在原油管道剩余强度分析的科学性,有效性。
[Abstract]:The corrosion degree of crude oil pipeline increases with the increase of pipeline service life. At present, there is no uniform standard and method for the evaluation of corrosion defects of different types of pipeline in the existing pipeline detection technology in China. It brings some uncertainty to the maintenance, overhaul and integrality management of crude oil pipeline, and increases the cost of pipeline operation. This paper analyzes and studies the characteristics of corrosion defect of Qingha oil pipeline by using statistical method, from the position and width of corrosion defect, Among the parameters such as length and depth, the general corrosion characteristics and basic distribution of Qingha oil pipeline are summarized and combed out. In order to further reduce the limitations of various evaluation methods at present, On the basis of summing up and analyzing and refining relevant academic research at home and abroad, this paper focuses on evaluating the basic strength of corroded crude oil pipeline based on finite element analysis in the direction of corrosion pipeline evaluation. Thus, the overall evaluation results that meet the requirements of crude oil storage and transportation engineering are obtained. The results of finite element analysis are compared with the relevant standards and test results of domestic crude oil industry. The comparative advantage of the finite element method is shown preliminarily, which further supports the scientific and effective application of the finite element method in the residual strength analysis of crude oil pipelines.
