【摘要】:小井眼开窗侧钻水平井是在已开发的老井眼上开窗侧钻,重新钻至新设计的油气储层,通过更换井底,达到改善开发效果,提高气藏采收率的目的,使得低产井、报废井重新焕发青春,提高产量。利用套管开窗侧钻技术,不仅可以节约大量的资金,同时也提高了采收率和资源利用率,提高了油田的整体开发效益,为油田开发探索出一种优质、高效、经济、实用的有效方法。如何快速、高效的完成小井眼侧钻井的施工,来大幅度地降低开采成本,提高油气田开发经济效益,对于苏里格区块这种单井控制地质储量低、气井产能低的现状,具有重要的经济效益和战略意义。本文设计并优化了小井眼侧钻水平井的井身结构和井身轨迹剖面设计,提出了保持造斜段和水平段圆滑和精准钻进的轨迹控制技术;优化了PDC钻头的冠部轮廓形状和切削齿的布齿及后倾角设计,为优选适合苏里格区块地层特点的PDC钻头提供了理论依据;确定并解决了无线随钻测斜仪器在小井眼侧钻井中故障频发的主要原因,保证了仪器在井下施工的稳定性。通过理论研究和现场施工试验,有效的提高了机械钻速,缩短了钻井周期。
[Abstract]:Slim hole windowing sidetracking horizontal well is to drill sideways on the developed old hole and re-drill to the newly designed oil and gas reservoir. By replacing the bottom of the well, the purpose of improving the development effect and improving the recovery of the gas reservoir is achieved, so that the low production well can be obtained. The abandoned well is rejuvenated again, and the production is increased. The use of casing windowing and sidetracking technology can not only save a large amount of money, but also improve the recovery factor and resource utilization ratio, and improve the overall development benefit of the oilfield. This paper explores a high quality, high efficiency, economic and practical effective method for oilfield development. How to quickly and efficiently complete the operation of slim hole side drilling to greatly reduce the production cost and improve the economic benefit of oil and gas field development, For Sulige block, which has low control geological reserves and low gas well productivity, it has important economic benefits and strategic significance. This paper designs and optimizes the well bore structure and well trajectory profile design of slim hole sidetracking horizontal well. In this paper, the trajectory control technology to keep the slanting section and horizontal section smooth and accurate drilling is put forward, and the crown contour shape of PDC bit and the design of tooth arrangement and back dip angle of cutting teeth are optimized. This paper provides a theoretical basis for selecting the PDC bit which is suitable for the formation characteristics of Sulige block, determines and solves the main reasons for the frequent faults of the radio while drilling inclinometer in borehole side drilling. The stability of the instrument in underground construction is ensured. Through theoretical research and field test, the drilling speed is improved effectively and the drilling cycle is shortened.
