高压气井多封隔器完井管柱力学研究

【摘要】:带多封隔器的完井管柱是Norsok D010规范推荐的高温高压气井完井管柱中的重要类型,但是多封隔器完井管柱结构在井下工况中的受力和变形较单一结构管柱更为复杂,并且多封隔器之间局部的圈闭压力可能导致管柱损坏。为此,针对多封隔器管柱结构特点,建立了考虑端面效应、热胀冷缩效应、形变效应、螺旋和正弦屈曲效应影响的管柱变形和受力计算模型,并结合现场实际工况开展了实例计算。计算结果表明,封隔器在井筒中的位置以及井筒温度压力对整个管柱的受力和变形影响较大,在多封隔器复合管柱设计和安全评价时需要考虑多封隔器对管柱力学行为的影响。
[Abstract]:The completion string with multiple Packers is an important type of high temperature and high pressure gas well completion string recommended by Norsok D010 Code. However, the stress and deformation of multi-Packer completion string structure in downhole conditions are more complex than that of single structure string. And the local trap pressure between the multiple Packers may lead to the damage of the string. In view of the structural characteristics of the multi-Packer string, the end effect, the effect of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the effect of deformation are considered. The calculation model of deformation and force of pipe string affected by spiral and sinusoidal buckling effect is presented. The position of the Packer in the wellbore and the temperature and pressure of the wellbore have great influence on the stress and deformation of the whole string. The influence of the multi-Packer on the mechanical behavior of the string should be considered in the design and safety evaluation of the multi-Packer composite pipe string.
