压裂酸化起泡助排剂研究

【摘要】:随着油田提高采收率的越来越广泛的应用,相当数量的油井都采用不同的压裂技术进行增产,然而随之带来的环境问题也引起人们的广泛关注。本文以提高川渝及苏里格地区压裂酸化作业后工作液返排效率为目的,以工作液对地层的伤害最小化为条件,研制了一种具有较强起泡和稳泡能力的起泡剂助排剂。通过实验复配出了一种复合型起泡助排剂,能够进一步降低压后残液表面张力、界面张力,提高残液的返排能力。本文研究的室内合成起泡助排剂界面张力明显降低,起泡能力也优于现有助排剂,各项性能均能满足指标要求,并接近或优于国内同类领先产品。本研究在室内评价了起泡助排剂的表面张力、热稳定性等,并设计实验评价了其助排能力。研究表明起泡助排剂与常用压裂酸液体系如SD压裂液和胶凝酸等能相容配伍,对岩芯不产生新的损害,对工作液的流变性和滤失性不产生新影响,起泡助排剂在压裂液和酸液中具有很强的降低表面张力的能力,同时能提高工作液返排量。在现场试验运用时将起泡助排剂加入工作液中混合均匀后,取配制好的基液进行性能测试,最终表明该起泡助排剂具有良好的压后返排及增产效果。
[Abstract]:With the increasing application of increasing oil recovery in oil fields, a considerable number of oil wells adopt different fracturing techniques to increase production. However, the environmental problems caused by these problems have attracted wide attention. In order to improve the efficiency of fluid reflux after fracturing and acidizing operation in Sichuan, Chongqing and Sulige areas, and to minimize the damage caused by the working fluid to the formation, the purpose of this paper is to minimize the damage caused by the working fluid to the formation. A kind of foaming agent with strong foaming and foam stabilizing ability was developed. A compound foaming aid was prepared by experiments, which can further reduce the surface tension and interfacial tension of the residual liquid after pressing. In this paper, the interfacial tension of the indoor synthetic foaming aid is obviously reduced, the foaming ability is also superior to the existing drainage aid, and all the properties can meet the requirements of the index. In this study, the surface tension, thermal stability and so on of foaming aid were evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results show that foaming and drainage aids are compatible with common fracturing acid systems, such as SD fracturing fluid and gelling acid, which will not cause new damage to the core. It has no new influence on the rheology and filtration of the working fluid. The foaming aid has a strong ability to reduce the surface tension in fracturing fluid and acid. At the same time, it can increase the amount of back discharge of working liquid. After adding foaming aid into working fluid and mixing well in the field test, the properties of the prepared base liquid are tested. Finally, the result shows that the foaming aid has good effect of back discharge after pressing and increasing production.
