用淮北煤系高岭土合成NaY分子筛

【摘要】:为寻找优质、价廉、适合合成FCC催化剂用的后备高岭土资源,以淮北煤系高岭土为原料,采用原位晶化法进行了合成NaY分子筛试验。结果表明,提纯后的淮北煤系高岭土在导向剂添加量为9%、晶化时间为24 h、晶化温度为95℃、合成体系的给料硅铝比为9.72、合成体系的碱度为2时,合成的NaY分子筛结晶度为32.9%,硅铝比为2.15,具有完好的晶型和较高的热稳定性,且孔隙发育,达到了制备炼油催化剂的要求。试验结果为以淮北煤系高岭土为原料合成FCC催化剂提供了技术依据。
[Abstract]:In order to search for the back-up kaolin resources suitable for synthesis of FCC catalyst with high quality, low price and suitable for synthesis, the synthesis of NaY molecular sieve was studied by in situ crystallization method with Huaibei coal series kaolin as raw material. After purifying Huaibei coal series kaolinite, the addition amount of guiding agent is 9, the crystallization time is 24 h, the crystallization temperature is 95 鈩,
