改善稻米油生物柴油的低温流动性

【摘要】:通过3种方法研究调整稻米油生物柴油的组成对其低温流动性的改善,一是向稻米油中加入菜籽油,二是向甲醇中添加支链醇,三是向稻米油中加入石化柴油。结果表明:3种方法均能有效改善生物柴油的低温流动性;在稻米油中加入一定量的菜籽油后,生物柴油的脂肪酸组成发生了改变,饱和脂肪酸甲酯含量减少,不饱和脂肪酸甲酯中的亚麻酸甲酯含量增加,当菜籽油添加量为30%时,生物柴油的低温流动性最好;在甲醇中添加支链醇后,生物柴油中棕榈酸甲酯含量大幅度减少,支链酯含量很少,生物柴油的低温流动性提高;在稻米油中加入一定量的石化柴油后,混合燃料的产率有所下降,生物柴油的低温流动性得到有效改善,当煤直接液化柴油的添加量为70%时,混合燃料的冷滤点低至-19℃。
[Abstract]:Three methods were used to improve the low temperature fluidity of rice oil biodiesel by adding rapeseed oil into rice oil and adding branched alcohol to methanol. The results showed that the low temperature fluidity of biodiesel could be improved effectively by adding petrochemicals into rice oil, and the fatty acid composition of biodiesel changed after adding a certain amount of rapeseed oil to rice oil. The content of saturated fatty acid methyl ester decreased, and the content of linolenic acid methyl ester in unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester increased. When the amount of rapeseed oil was 30%, the low temperature fluidity of biodiesel was the best. The content of methyl palmitate in biodiesel was greatly reduced, the content of branched chain ester was little, the low temperature fluidity of biodiesel was improved, and the yield of mixed fuel decreased after adding a certain amount of petrochemical diesel into rice oil. The low temperature fluidity of biodiesel was improved effectively. The cold filtration point of the mixed fuel was as low as -19 鈩,
