蒙脱石作为润滑脂添加剂的减摩抗磨性能及机理

【摘要】:采用高速往复摩擦磨损试验机考察了载流和无载流条件下蒙脱石作为添加剂在复合锂基润滑脂中的摩擦学性能,用高倍显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱分析仪对试块磨斑表面进行表征,探讨了其减摩抗磨及自修复机理。结果表明:蒙脱石的加入很好地改善了复合锂基润滑脂的减摩抗磨性能,并具有一定的自修复功能。在无载流条件下,当无机蒙脱石的添加量为1.6%时,其摩擦因数和磨痕宽度分别比基础脂降低约12.6%和38%。这是由于其摩擦化学作用在磨损表面生成具有良好减摩抗磨性能的自修复层。自修复层表面较为光滑平整且具有多孔状特征,主要由Fe、Mg、Al等元素构成,有效地降低了摩擦磨损。在载流条件下,自修复层能减轻电弧对摩擦接触面的侵蚀。
[Abstract]:The tribological properties of montmorillonite as additive in lithium complex grease were investigated by high speed reciprocating friction and wear tester. The surface of wear spot was characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum analyzer, and the antiwear and self-repairing mechanism were discussed. The results show that the addition of montmorillonite can improve the antifriction and antiwear performance of the composite lithium grease. Under the condition of no load current, when the amount of inorganic montmorillonite is 1.6, The friction coefficient and the width of the wear mark are about 12.6% and 38% lower than that of the base grease, respectively. This is due to the formation of a self-repairing layer with good anti-friction and anti-wear properties on the wear surface. The surface of the self-repairing layer is smooth and porous, and the surface of the self-repairing layer is smooth and porous. The self-repairing layer can reduce the erosion of the friction contact surface under the condition of current carrier, which is mainly made up of Fe, mg, Al and other elements, which can effectively reduce the friction and wear.
