三元复合驱频繁卡泵井垢质分析及防垢机理研究

【摘要】:三元机采井进入结垢高峰期,化学防垢效果变差,检泵周期平均在200天左右,频繁卡泵是结垢高峰期检泵周期短主要原因,频繁卡泵井的垢卡平均检泵周期小于60天。现场采集的垢质分析结果表明,频繁卡泵井的垢质以硅酸盐垢为主,垢质中硅酸盐垢含量达到60%以上。本文分析了三元复合驱频繁卡泵井卡泵的原因,发现频繁卡泵井垢样大部分含有硬质方解石,而普通结垢井中垢样中大部分为无定形碳酸钙、松散质晶格畸变方解石、球霞石或水合碳酸钙,碳酸钙被无定形二氧化硅包裹。硬质方解石莫氏硬度为3-3.5级,远大于无定形碳酸钙的硬度(0),因此,垢样中有硬质方解石存在的体系中容易出现卡泵现象。给出机采井混合垢沉积机理:在pH值大于10.7时,无定形碳酸钙大量聚集,钙硅摩浓度比小于等于1,形成二氧化硅包裹无定型碳酸钙结构,无硬度,卡泵几率低,符合结垢后期;当pH值在9.3和10.7之间,碳酸钙形成晶体(属于硬质方解石),钙硅的浓度比大于1,形成无定型二氧化硅包裹的方解石结构,硬度高(3.0-3.5),卡泵几率增加,符合结垢的前、中期结垢阶段。优化了防垢剂A的性能,在防垢剂A中引入阳离子型树枝状高分子PAMAM-1,研究结果表明,在保持总浓度为200 ppm的测试条件下,当PAMAM-1与防垢剂A的质量比达到15:200时,其对SiO2垢的防垢率为89.2%。

The optimization performance of anti scaling agent A. The introduction of PAMAM-1 cationic dendrimers in anti scaling agent A, the results of the study show that, in keeping the total concentration was 200 ppm under the test conditions, when the PAMAM-1 and anti scaling agent mass ratio of A to 15:200, the SiO2 scale scaling rate is 89.2%.
