十八烷基对二甲苯磺酸钠合成与性能研究

【摘要】:烷基苯磺酸盐是一种工业上应用十分广泛的表面活性剂,在进行三次采油时表面活性剂驱对增加石油采收率起着十分重要的作用。本实验细致的探究并且详细叙述了十八烷基对二甲苯磺酸盐的合成途径。以脂肪酸、溴代烷和对二甲苯为原料,依次进行Friedel Crafts反应、Grignard reagent反应、高压加氢催化还原、氯磺酸磺化中和提纯等多步反应,最终成功合成系列十八烷基对二甲苯磺酸钠同分异构体。利用核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和液相色谱质谱联用等多种表征方式分析产物,结构符合,确定反应产物为目标产物。产物经过两相滴定法的验证纯度,分析结果表明其纯度都高于95%。使用铂金环法表面张力仪对合成样品进行一系列表面张力测试,测定出临界胶束浓度(CMC)及其临界表面张力值(γcmc)等数据,研究了支链结构对其表面性质的影响。
[Abstract]:Alkylbenzene sulfonate is a widely used surfactant in industry. Surfactant flooding plays a very important role in increasing oil recovery in tertiary oil recovery. The synthesis of octadecyl p-xylene sulfonate was studied and described in detail in this experiment. Brominated alkanes and p-xylene were used as raw materials, followed by Friedel Crafts reaction and Grignard reagent reaction, high pressure hydrogenation catalytic reduction, sulfonation and purification of chlorosulfonic acid, and so on. Finally, a series of isomers of sodium octadecyl p-xylene sulfonate were synthesized successfully. The products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, carbon spectrum and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The reaction product was determined as the target product. The purity of the product was verified by two-phase titration, and the purity of the product was higher than that of 95%. A series of surface tension tests were carried out on the synthesized sample by platinum ring method. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) and its critical surface tension value (纬 cmc) were measured, and the effects of branched chain structure on the surface properties were studied.
