焦化汽柴油中苯酚、苯硫酚类化合物对比分析及其来源探讨

【摘要】:采用NaOH质量分数20%的液碱对不同产地(或来源)的焦化汽油和焦化柴油进行抽提,得到可提取酸性物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对可提取酸性物进行分析,结果表明:焦化汽油中可提取酸性物除苯酚类化合物外,还含有苯硫酚类化合物以及少量小分子硫醚;与焦化汽油不同的是,焦化柴油中的可提取酸性物几乎全部是苯酚类化合物。不同产地的焦化汽油中苯硫酚质量分数(y)与对应的减压渣油硫质量分数(x)呈线性关系y=0.04x-0.005 06(R~2=0.999);焦化汽油的苯硫酚类化合物含量越高,其室温储存安定性越差;碱洗后的焦化汽油其室温储存安定性大幅提高;酚类化合物的来源可能与延迟焦化过程中芳基醚中醚键的断裂以及芳香酸的氧化脱羧等化学反应有关,而苯硫酚类化合物可能来自于苯酚类化合物与H_2S的高温反应。
[Abstract]:The extraction of coking gasoline and coking diesel oil from different producing areas (or sources) was carried out with 20% liquid alkali of NaOH. The extractable acidic compounds were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results show that the acid compounds can be extracted from coking gasoline, in addition to phenol compounds, there are also phenylthiophenol compounds and a small amount of small molecular sulfur ether, which is different from coking gasoline. The extractable acidic compounds in coking diesel oil are almost all phenol compounds. There is a linear relationship between the content of phenylthiophenol in coking gasoline from different producing areas and the corresponding sulfur content of vacuum residuum (x); the benzene sulfur of coking gasoline has a linear relationship with that of vacuum residuum. The higher the content of phenolic compounds, The worse the storage stability at room temperature, the greater the storage stability of coking gasoline after alkali washing. The origin of phenolic compounds may be related to the breakage of ether bond in aryl ethers and the oxidation decarboxylation of aromatic acids during delayed coking. The phenythiophenols may be derived from the high temperature reaction of phenol compounds with H _ 2S.
