沈阳采油厂节能管理信息平台设计与实现

【摘要】:作为中国第三大油田,辽河油田的原油年开采能力为1000万吨以上,如此大的开采量就造成了很大的能源损耗。为了节约能源,促进可持续发展,企业的节能管理工作就变得非常重要。随着计算机及网络技术的发展,传统人工的节能信息管理方式由于效率低下、工作量大等缺陷已不能满足节能管理技术人员的需要。因此,利用信息技术实现的节能管理信息平台,来提高节能管理的效率,成为节能管理领域发展的必然趋势。本文以沈阳采油厂节能管理的现状为参照,利用面向对象的思想、三层架构技术和数据挖掘技术,设计和实现了沈阳采油厂节能管理平台。该平台可以对沈阳采油厂的耗能量进行统计,对设备的能效进行对标,对耗能设备的基本信息和运行时的相关数据信息进行管理,对节能项目和节能设备进行跟踪记录,对系统中用户和人员进行相关的管理,系统还能够抽取历年的耗能设备数据进行对比分析,进行节能预测。通过浏览器登录此系统,沈阳采油厂节能管理人员可以对整个采油厂的节能信息进行管理,各单位节能技术人员也能够在系统上对本单位的节能信息进行管理,实现节能信息的增加、删除、修改、查询和预测等功能。本系统实现了采油厂节能信息资源的共享和信息的数字化,实现了信息的高效处理和无纸化办公。目前,本系统已经投入到沈阳采油厂使用,服务于沈阳采油厂节能管理人员和各单位节能技术人员。经过一段时间的使用,节能管理信息化达到了预期效果,实现了能效对标、节能设备跟踪、节能监测管理等功能,为实现油田的数字化建设做出了贡献。
[Abstract]:As the third largest oil field in China, Liaohe Oilfield has a crude oil production capacity of more than 10 million tons per year. With the development of computer and network technology, the traditional method of energy saving information management is inefficient. Therefore, the energy-saving management information platform realized by information technology can improve the efficiency of energy-saving management. This paper takes the present situation of energy saving management in Shenyang Oil production Plant as a reference, using object-oriented thought, three-tier architecture technology and data mining technology. The energy saving management platform of Shenyang oil extraction plant is designed and implemented. The platform can count the energy consumption of Shenyang oil production plant, mark the energy efficiency of the equipment, manage the basic information of the energy consumption equipment and the relevant data information during the operation. Tracking and recording the energy saving projects and energy saving equipment, managing the users and personnel in the system, comparing and analyzing the energy consumption equipment data of the past years, making energy saving prediction, logging in the system through the browser, The energy-saving management personnel of Shenyang Oil production Plant can manage the energy-saving information of the whole oil production plant, and the energy-saving technical personnel of each unit can also manage the energy-saving information of their own units in the system, so as to increase, delete and modify the energy-saving information. The system has realized the sharing of energy-saving information resources and the digitization of information, the efficient processing of information and the paperless office. At present, the system has been put into use in Shenyang oil production plant. After a period of time's use, the energy-saving management information has achieved the expected effect, has realized the energy efficiency countersign, the energy saving equipment tracking, the energy saving monitoring management and so on function, It has made a contribution to realize the digitization construction of oil field.
