阿姆河气田井下测试措施改造及工艺配套研究

【摘要】:本文介绍了阿姆河气田的井况,并对其做了相对应的难点分析,在作业中复杂井控对井下测试作业的影响;针对气田高温高压高腐蚀气体含量的特点以及井下作业施工的特点,列举出各种工况下的井下测试管柱结构,设计优化了有针对性、可靠安全的井下测试管柱,以满足各种工况条件的需要。并优化了相关作业流程;提出了在酸化作业中通过对酸化工艺的研究,改善酸化工艺,优化储层改造效果,最终充分发挥不同气田类型的最大生产能力。对阿姆河右岸区块A区、B区气田DST井下测试方案进行了推荐,对井下测试管柱结构进行了说明;提出了推荐方案在相应地区现场作业实例,并列出了相关的现场应用成果,有效地降低作业成本,提高作业安全。可以正确反映测试井的流体性质及流体参数,客观地评价酸化效果,准确的确定测试井的产能大小,为下步落实该构造储量规模提供依据,为后续气藏开发方案编制提供了基础数据。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the well condition of Amu River gas field, and makes the corresponding difficulty analysis, the influence of complex well control on downhole test operation in operation, the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion gas content in gas field and the characteristics of downhole operation.The structure of downhole test string under various working conditions is listed, and the downhole test string with pertinence, reliability and safety is designed and optimized to meet the needs of various working conditions.Through the study of acidizing technology, the acidizing process is improved, the reservoir reconstruction effect is optimized, and the maximum production capacity of different gas fields is brought into full play.This paper recommends the DST downhole test scheme of the gas field in area A and B of the right bank block of Amu River, explains the structure of the downhole test string, puts forward an example of field operation of the recommended scheme in the corresponding area, and lists the relevant field application results.Effectively reduce activity cost and improve job safety.It can accurately reflect the fluid properties and fluid parameters of test wells, objectively evaluate acidizing effect, accurately determine the productivity of test wells, and provide the basis for the implementation of the structure reserve scale in the next step.The basic data are provided for the following gas reservoir development program.
