地层岩性解释及PDC钻头选型方法研究

【摘要】:随着PDC钻头使用越来越广泛,型号越来越多,如何选择与钻井地层相适应的PDC钻头就变得非常有意义。论文旨在以测井数据为基础,针对现场钻井需求,建立PDC钻头选型模型,以达到辅助钻井决策、提高钻井速度、降低钻井成本的目的。本文开展的研究包括建立基于邻井测井数据的多井岩性解释模型;建立PDC钻头磨损预测模型:将PDC钻头结构特征量化,建立针对一段将钻地层井段的基于单轴抗压强度和岩石可钻性级值的钻头选型模型。 在目前基于邻井测井数据的岩性解释模型的基础上,结合石油钻井的现场实际,提出了多井岩性解释模型。根据已钻地层测井数据建立多井岩石力学空间曲线并预测区域内待钻地层岩性,使解释结果更符合实际,也为准确推荐钻头型号提供了依据。 对PDC钻头选型提出了针对特征推荐的选型模型,主要分为两个方面的工作:一是对PDC钻头进行结构特征量化,二是对PDC钻头特征进行推荐。对PDC钻头特征按照IADC编码进行量化,包括刀翼数、齿的直径、布齿密度以及冠部形状。根据专家经验,建立了PDC钻头特征基于岩石单轴抗压强度和岩石可钻性级值的适用度系数模型,同时,统计岩石范围的进尺数,提出针对将钻地层逐井段的PDC钻头选型模型。 根据上述岩性多井解释模型和PDC钻头选型模型,进行了软件的编制和调试,初步建立了PDC钻头选型综合软件。选型结果与现场实际应用相符合,表明了选型模型的正确性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing use of PDC bits and more and more types of bits, how to select PDC bit suitable for drilling formation becomes very meaningful. This paper aims to establish the model of PDC bit selection based on well logging data and according to the demand of field drilling. In order to achieve the purpose of auxiliary drilling decision, increasing drilling speed and reducing drilling cost, the research in this paper includes the establishment of multi-well lithologic interpretation model based on adjacent well logging data. The wear prediction model of PDC bit is established: the structural characteristics of PDC bit are quantified, and the drill bit selection model based on uniaxial compressive strength and rock drillability grade is established for a section of formation to be drilled. On the basis of the current lithologic interpretation model based on adjacent well logging data, combined with the field practice of oil drilling, A multi-well lithologic interpretation model is proposed. The rock mechanics spatial curve of multi-well is established according to the well logging data and the lithology of the formation to be drilled in the area is predicted. The interpretation results are more suitable for the reality and provide the basis for the accurate recommendation of drill bit type. The selection model for PDC bit selection is proposed, which is mainly divided into two aspects: firstly, the structural feature quantization of PDC bit is carried out. The second is to recommend the features of PDC bits. The features of PDC bits are quantized according to IADC coding, including the number of blades, the diameter of teeth, the density of teeth and the shape of crown. Based on the model of applicability coefficient of rock uniaxial compressive strength and rock drillability grade, the PDC bit characteristics are established. At the same time, the model of PDC bit selection is put forward according to the advance number of rock range. According to the above lithologic multi-well interpretation model and PDC bit selection model, the software is compiled and debugged, and the comprehensive software of PDC bit selection is preliminarily established. The result of selection accords with the actual application in the field and shows the correctness of the selection model.
