集输立管内非稳定流压差波动特性实验研究

【摘要】:实验研究了集输-立管系统内空气水的两相流动,将其流动结构分为稳定和非稳定两大类流型并建立宽广流速范围内的流型图;揭示了非稳定流动中不规则流型流动特性及其形成机理;集输-立管系统内液相的逐渐积累是不稳定阶段建立的关键因素,多次喷发导致系统内液量的大量减少,在低折算液速下不能及时弥补减少量是稳定阶段建立的主要因素。实验发现,中高折算速度条件下,立管整体压差波动幅度与水平管段压差波动幅度均随折算速度的增大先增大后减小;而在低折算速度条件下,则表现为单调递减的变化规律;并建立了各自相应的压差波动特性等高线图。
[Abstract]:The two-phase flow of air and water in the gathering and riser system is studied experimentally. The flow structure is divided into stable and unsteady flow patterns and the flow pattern in a wide range of velocity is established.The characteristics and formation mechanism of irregular flow patterns in unsteady flow are revealed, and the gradual accumulation of liquid phase in the gathering and riser system is the key factor for the establishment of the unstable stage, and many eruptions result in a large reduction of the liquid volume in the system.The main factor of the stable stage is that the reduction can not be made up in time at low liquid velocity.The experimental results show that under the condition of medium and high conversion velocity, the fluctuation amplitude of the whole pressure difference of riser and the fluctuation amplitude of pressure difference in horizontal section increase first and then decrease with the increase of conversion velocity, but under the condition of low conversion velocity, the variation law of monotone decrease is shown.The corresponding contour diagrams of pressure fluctuation characteristics are established.
