油气勘探开发大数据分析模式的研究

【摘要】:随着油田数据中心的建设,油气勘探数据资源的服务体系正在形成,需要优化油气勘探开发数据应用模式和充分地挖掘数据的价值。并且,在油气勘探开发领域中,传统的数据分析模式不仅分析维度过于单一,而且分析算法也有一定的局限性,若能将当前在互联网领域逐渐成熟的大数据技术引入油气勘探开发,可以较好地解决上述问题并能够进一步挖掘油气勘探领域中大数据的价值,本文在此基础上设计了油气勘探开发大数据分析模式,设计并实现了油气勘探开发大数据分析平台,油气勘探开发大数据分析平台的实现不仅填补了油气勘探开发领域缺少大数据软件的空白,同时还为油气勘探开发中大数据的发展提供参考。本文的具体研究内容如下:1.分析了油气勘探开发大数据特点,提出了油气勘探开发大数据分析模式(EPBDAM),其中包括油气勘探开发大数据分析模式的定义和基本框架。其定义由数据源、企业分析数据集、分析沙箱、多维关联模型、可视化组件及分析结果六个部分组成。其基本框架由数据预处理、数据输入接口、分析沙箱、数据输出接口和数据的结果展示五个部分组成。2.根据油气勘探开发大数据分析模式,设计并实现了油气勘探开发大数据分析平台(EPBDAP)。EPBDAP不仅实现对EPBDAM的验证,同时为油气勘探开发大数据分析软件的研究提供有益的参考。在平台上,根据角色的权限和职能,可使用油气勘探开发大数据分析沙箱或发布平台。分析沙箱中提供了工程、参考数据、分析数据集、分析流程、分析方法目录、案例库及可视化组件等相应组件;在发布平台上的用户只能对权限内的数据及案例进行查看,无需关心繁琐的分析过程。3.利用抽油机故障诊断案例验证EPBDAM,采用EPBDAP和传统的分析方法进行分析,对分析过程及结果进行比较。通过这个分析和比较的过程,阐述了在大数据背景下应用的算法、技术和方法。并通过本例验证了分析模式理论模型和分析平台物理模型的可行性,为大数据分析在油气勘探开发领域中的应用提供了有价值的参考。综上所述,本文通过设计油气勘探开发大数据分析模式,到实现油气勘探开发大数据分析平台,一是解决了油气勘探开发领域中分析方式繁多且效率不高的问题,二是通过平台的算法库和案例库的整合,利用可视化技术,可以充分地挖掘宝贵的油气勘探开发数据资源的价值。三是有益于油田数字化建设过程中油气勘探开发业务的智能化水平的提升,有益于生产操作和科学管理决策。

Analysis of sandbox provides engineering, reference data, the process of analysis, data collection, analysis method and case database directory, visual components corresponding components; check in publishing platform users only within the competence of data and cases, without concern for the complicated analysis process of.3. by pumping oil machine fault diagnosis case to verify the EPBDAM, using EPBDAP and traditional analysis methods to compare the process and results of analysis.
