塔里木气田库车地区低伤害钻井液体系评价与优化

【摘要】:塔里木盆地库车地区构造地层十分复杂,盐膏层、高压盐水层、高压油气层以及破碎性地层普遍发育,加之受高地应力、高地层倾角的影响,使得山前构造异常高压地层和较高坍塌应力地层普遍存在,由于钻井地质存在的复杂性,会对储层和钻井配件产生相应的伤害,为此优选出适合库车地区低伤害的钻井液已经刻不容缓。本文大量分析调研了塔里木气田,特别是库车山前地区钻井过程中出现的失水、携岩、磨阻大等与钻井液相关的问题,以及应用常规钻井液体系在库车地区不同区块不同地层应用时存在的井塌、钻井液性能差、储层伤害等问题,针对上述问题,通过在塔里木油田实验中心进行的低伤害钻井液室内评价研究,评价开发了三套低伤害钻井液体系:抑制性和防磨效果好的抗高温水基钻井液体系;稳定性和储层保护效果好的高密度油基钻井液;抑制性和抗污染性好的复合有机盐钻井液体系。评价的三套低伤害钻井液体系在库车地区的现场应用中未出现卡钻等钻井问题,基本上满足了库车区块深井、超深井钻井要求。针对三种低伤害钻井液体系在现场应用中的性能特点和不同区块不同地层对钻井液体系的要求,优选出了不同地层条件下与其相适应的钻井液体系。本论文的研究有助于库车山前区块钻井作业的快速、安全进行。
[Abstract]:The tectonic strata in Kuqa area of Tarim Basin are very complicated, the salt gypsum layer, high pressure salt water layer, high pressure oil and gas layer and fractured strata are widely developed, which are also affected by high ground stress and high formation dip angle.As a result of the complexity of drilling geology, the abnormal high pressure formation and high collapse stress formation of the Foreland structure will cause corresponding damage to the reservoir and drilling accessories.Therefore, it is urgent to select the drilling fluid suitable for low damage in Kuqa area.In this paper, the problems related to drilling fluid, such as water loss, rock carrying and wear resistance, which occurred during drilling in Tarim gas field, especially in Kuqa Piedmont area, are analyzed and investigated.And the problems such as well collapse, poor drilling fluid performance, reservoir damage and so on existing in the application of conventional drilling fluid system in different blocks and different formations in Kuqa area.Through the laboratory evaluation of low damage drilling fluid in Tarim Oilfield Experimental Center, three sets of low damage drilling fluid systems were evaluated and developed: high temperature water-based drilling fluid system with good inhibition and wear resistance effect;High density oil based drilling fluid with good stability and reservoir protection, and complex organic salt drilling fluid system with good inhibition and pollution resistance.The three sets of low damage drilling fluid system evaluated in the field application in Kuqa area did not have drilling problems such as drilling jam, which basically met the requirements of deep well drilling and ultra-deep well drilling in Kuqa block.According to the performance characteristics of three kinds of low damage drilling fluid systems in field application and the requirements of different formations in different blocks for drilling fluid systems, the drilling fluid systems adapted to them under different formation conditions were selected.The research in this paper is helpful to the rapid and safe drilling in Kuqa Piedmont area.
