扶余东区探40区块热采效果评价及工程优化研究

【摘要】:蒸汽热采技术是针对中高渗透层稠油油田的成熟开采技术,利用原油的粘滞性对温度的敏感程度,测试出原油流变性的变化,从而提高原油的采收率。本文对扶余东区探40区块进行测试实验,利用蒸汽的热力原理,经过对有关力学的研究结果的对比和分析,确定了实验过程中所需要考虑的影响因素。本文通过对扶余东区探40区块的油藏构造特征、储层特征、地层流体特征及压力温度的分析,对地层原油的性质进行了深度分析。通过三维地质建模和水驱生产动态历史拟合研究了试验区的剩余油分布规律。通过对蒸汽热采的可行性研究,对注蒸汽吞吐实验和蒸汽驱的实验效果进行了效果的评价。最后对探40区块的蒸汽热采方案进行了相应的优化设计并对注采方案的不足之处提出了一些参考建议。
[Abstract]:The steam thermal recovery technology is aimed at the mature production technology of heavy oil field with medium and high permeability. The viscosity of crude oil is sensitive to temperature and the change of rheological property of crude oil is tested to improve the recovery of crude oil.Based on the thermodynamic principle of steam and the comparison and analysis of the research results of mechanics, the factors that need to be considered in the experiment are determined in this paper.Based on the analysis of reservoir structural characteristics, reservoir characteristics, formation fluid characteristics and pressure temperature in Block 40 of East Fuyu Prospecting, this paper makes a deep analysis of the properties of formation crude oil.The distribution of remaining oil in the experimental area was studied by 3D geological modeling and historical fitting of water drive production.Through the feasibility study of steam thermal recovery, the effect of steam injection stimulation experiment and steam drive experiment is evaluated.Finally, the optimization design of steam thermal recovery scheme in Block 40 is carried out and some reference suggestions are put forward for the deficiencies of injection-production scheme.
