活性水压裂工艺在吴起油田增注方面的实验研究

【摘要】:水力压裂是油气井增产和注水井增注的重要增产措施,是提高低渗透油气藏开发效果的有力手段。随着低渗透油藏的大规模开发,水力压裂作为一种有效改善地层渗流条件的手段,被广泛使用。吴起油田开发已有多年,作为一个低渗透油藏,注水开发已经成为吴起油田保持地层能量,维持油田长期稳产所必须采取的措施,然而由于油藏在开发过程中不同程度都会受到污染,所以在实施注水开发时,常常出现注水压力上升,甚至注不进水的情况,通过采用传统的冻胶压裂液压裂增注措施来接触近井地带的地层污染来提高注水量,降低注水压力,但是由于冻胶压裂液在措施后液体抽汲返排时间长,大分子残液滞留容易造成地层堵塞,对油藏储层造成伤害,大大降低注水井增注效果。然而活性水压裂技术在改造这种低渗透油藏方面具有很大的优势,活性水压裂技术是经过一定化学添加剂混合的清水作为压裂液,与常规冻胶压裂相比,在造缝机理、裂缝延伸及裂缝形态上存在差异。本文通过对活性水压裂破裂机理的研究,在清水压裂的基础上,改善指导活性水压裂优化设计,结合吴起油田注水井增注措施的实际情况,采用理论指导,软件参数模拟,现场应用实例分析等多种途径,给出了活性水压裂技术增注在吴起油田的成功应用案例,提高了低渗透油藏注水井增注效果,为低渗透油田注水开发提供了可靠的技术支撑。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic fracturing is an important measure to increase production of oil and gas wells and injection wells, and is a powerful means to improve the development effect of low permeability reservoirs.With the large-scale development of low permeability reservoirs, hydraulic fracturing is widely used as an effective means to improve the percolation conditions of formation.Wuqi Oilfield has been developed for many years. As a low permeability reservoir, water injection development has become a necessary measure to maintain formation energy and maintain long-term stable production in Wuqi Oilfield.However, because the reservoir will be polluted in varying degrees during the development process, when implementing water injection development, there is often an increase in water injection pressure, or even a failure to inject water into the reservoir.By using the traditional gel-fracturing hydraulic fracturing fracturing fracturing hydraulic fracturing fracturing fracturing hydraulic fracturing fracturing hydraulic fracturing fracturing hydraulic fracturing fracturing hydraulic fracturing hydraulic fracturing fracturing hydraulic fracturing hydraulic fracturing hydraulic fracturing hydraulic fracturing measures to contact the formation pollution near the well to increase the injection rate and reduce the water injection pressureThe retention of macromolecular residual fluid can easily cause formation blockage, damage reservoir, and greatly reduce the effect of injection increase in water injection wells.There are differences in fracture extension and fracture morphology.Based on the research of the fracture mechanism of active water fracturing and on the basis of clean water fracturing, this paper improves and guides the optimization design of active water fracturing, combines with the actual situation of injection increasing measures in Wuqi Oilfield, adopts theoretical guidance and software parameter simulation.The successful application of active water fracturing technology in Wuqi oilfield is given, which improves the effect of injection increase in low permeability reservoir and provides reliable technical support for water injection development in low permeability oil field.
