利用PIPEPHASE软件评价多相流压降计算方法

【摘要】:在油气井开采石油或天然气的过程中,几乎不可避免地要涉及到多相混合流体在垂直管道或水平管道中的流动。油气水混输管道的压降计算是油气集输管道设计及运行管理过程中水力计算的主要内容之一。由于垂直管道或水平管道中多相流的复杂性,在实际压降的计算中多采用经验计算方法进行压降的计算,以保证计算的准确度。PIPEPHASE软件主要用于油田集油系统油气水三相流混输计算,包括了油气水多相混输管道的稳态计算模块,其中提供了许多计算公式和方法。本文根据公开发表的实验数据,利用PIPEPHASE软件中的多种方法对垂直管或水平管中多相流动压降进行各种压降计算方法的模拟,将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比分析,确定出各种计算方法的实验误差和计算误差。同时也讨论了原油含水率、油品温度、油井产气量等参数对计算结果和误差的影响。本课题的研究,可以为油田实际应用PipePhase软件中计算方法的选择提供了依据,提高了计算准确性,有助于油田生产管理。
[Abstract]:Oil?In the process of producing oil or gas in gas wells, it is almost inevitable to involve the flow of multiphase mixed fluids in vertical or horizontal pipelines.The calculation of pressure drop of oil-gas-water mixed pipeline is one of the main contents of hydraulic calculation in the design and operation management of oil-gas gathering pipeline.Because of the complexity of multiphase flow in vertical or horizontal pipeline, the empirical method is often used to calculate the pressure drop in the calculation of actual pressure drop.The PIPEPHASE software is mainly used in the calculation of oil-gas-water three-phase mixed flow in oil gathering system, including the steady state calculation module of oil-gas-water multiphase mixing pipeline, in which many calculation formulas and methods are provided.Based on the published experimental data, various pressure drop calculation methods for multiphase flow in vertical or horizontal tubes are simulated by using various methods in PIPEPHASE software. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results.The experimental error and calculation error of various calculation methods are determined.At the same time, the influence of the parameters such as crude oil water cut, oil product temperature and well gas production on the calculation results and error are also discussed.The research of this subject can provide the basis for the selection of calculation methods in the application of PipePhase software in oil field, improve the accuracy of calculation, and be helpful to oilfield production management.
