烷基糖苷类钻井液乳化剂的合成与性能评价

【摘要】:烷基糖苷作为一种性能优良的绿色环保型表面活性剂,具有良好的乳化效果,是一种可以作为钻井液乳化剂的表面活性剂。而且由于其优良的性能及绿色环保的性质,是一种可以在未来得到广泛应用的表面活性剂。本文通过对不同碳链长度的烷基糖苷进行了合成与性能评价,并配制了一种性能优良的水包油型乳化钻井液。本次实验利用分步法进行了不同碳链长度的烷基糖苷的合成,确定了最佳的反应条件:正丁醇与葡萄糖摩尔比为6:1;使用质量比为2:1的对甲苯磺酸与浓硫酸二元酸为催化剂,加量为葡萄糖质量的1%;脂肪醇与葡萄糖的摩尔比为2:1;两步反应的反应时间分别为2h和2.5h。最终烷基糖苷产物中残余脂肪醇质量为35%~40%,具有最佳的乳化效果及乳化稳定性。并确定了乳化能力及稳定性能最佳的烷基糖苷为十二烷基糖苷与司盘-20以7:3的质量比复配而成的乳化剂。通过实验筛选出的水包油型钻井液配方为:60%白油+40%水+3%复配乳化剂+0.5%增粘剂羟乙基纤维素(HEC)+0.3%降滤失剂羟丙基淀粉(HPS)。该钻井液抗温达120℃,具有良好的抵抗土侵、原油侵、盐侵的性能。
[Abstract]:As a kind of green environmental protection surfactant with excellent properties, alkyl glycoside has good emulsifying effect and can be used as emulsifier of drilling fluid.Because of its excellent performance and environmental protection, it is a kind of surfactant which can be widely used in the future.In this paper, alkyl glycosides with different carbon chain lengths were synthesized and evaluated, and an oil-in-water emulsified drilling fluid with excellent performance was prepared.In this experiment, alkyl glycosides of different carbon chain lengths were synthesized by stepwise method. The optimum reaction conditions were determined: the molar ratio of n-butanol to glucose was 6: 1, and the catalyst was p-toluenesulfonic acid and concentrated sulphuric acid with a mass ratio of 2:1.The molar ratio of fatty alcohol to glucose is 2: 1, and the reaction time is 2 h and 2.5 h, respectively.The residual fatty alcohol in the final alkyl glycoside product is 35% and 40%, which has the best emulsifying effect and emulsifying stability.The optimum emulsifying ability and stability of alkyl glycoside was determined as the emulsifier composed of dodecyl glucoside and Span-20 at 7:3 mass ratio.The formula of oil-in-water drilling fluid selected from the experiment is as follows: 1: 60% white oil 40% water 3% compound emulsifier 0.5% viscosity enhancer hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) 0.3% filtrate reducer hydroxypropyl starch (HPSP).The drilling fluid has good resistance to soil invasion, crude oil invasion and salt invasion with temperature up to 120 鈩,
