分布式控油机远程监控系统的研究

【摘要】:石油工业的迅猛发展,给油井管理带来了新的生机。采油成本、油井产量、生产效率以及油井自动化水平是现代化的石油管理亟待解决的问题,因此,自动化、智能化的分布式控油机远程监控系统是发展趋势。针对上述问题,本文开发了一种分布式控油机远程监控系统,该系统主要由数据采集终端、远程通讯网络、PC端监控软件、数据库服务器、Web服务器和Web浏览器端等部分组成。数据采集终端实时采集控油机的运行参数和工况信息,通过GPRS网络和Internet,将从井场采集的参数和工况信息传输到PC端监控软件,实现PC端监控软件对油井的实时监控。通过数据库分页技术和数据库查询过程的缓存技术,实现了Web浏览器实时数据、历史数据、油井状态的快速访问和共享;基于ActiveX技术实现了井场视频实时显示与数据库存储的功能。该系统通过无线组网和Internet网络的方式解决了分布零散的控油机远距离传输实时数据的问题,实现对控油机的实时监测及报警提示等功能。系统已经在油井现场进行运行测试,运行结果显示系统稳定,实时数据采集准确。实践证明本系统实用性、安全性和可靠性,可实现油井的无人化值守,有效提高了劳动效率,节约了生产的成本。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of petroleum industry has brought new vitality to oil well management.The production cost, oil production rate, production efficiency and the level of oil well automation are the problems to be solved urgently in modern petroleum management. Therefore, the automatic and intelligent remote monitoring and control system of distributed oil controller is the trend of development.In order to solve the above problems, this paper develops a distributed oil control remote monitoring system, which is mainly composed of data acquisition terminal, remote communication network monitoring software on PC, database server, web server and Web browser.The data acquisition terminal collects the operation parameters and working conditions information of the oil control machine in real time. Through the GPRS network and Internet, the parameters and working condition information collected from the well field are transmitted to the PC monitoring software to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the oil wells by the PC side monitoring software.Through database paging technology and database query process cache technology, Web browser real-time data, historical data, oil well status of the rapid access and sharing;The function of real-time display and database storage of well-field video is realized based on ActiveX technology.The system solves the problem of remote transmission of real time data by distributed distributed oil controller through wireless network and Internet network, and realizes the functions of real-time monitoring and warning of oil controller.The system has been run and tested in the oil well field. The results show that the system is stable and the real-time data collection is accurate.The practice proves that the system is practical, safe and reliable, which can realize the unmanned duty of oil well, effectively improve the labor efficiency and save the production cost.
