温度和氮气对油品爆炸下限的影响

【摘要】:为评估煤制油过程的某种中间产物(A油品)可燃蒸气的爆炸危险性,采用易燃范围试验装置(FRTA)爆炸极限测试仪测试研究其在不同温度、不同N_2含量下的爆炸下限,并分析两者对油品蒸气爆炸下限的影响。实验结果表明,在初始温度为30,60,90,120和140℃时,油品蒸气的爆炸下限与初始温度之间呈非线性关系,且均随着温度的升高而逐渐降低。初始温度高于120℃后,其爆炸下限变化趋势幅度均减小。在同一温度、不同N_2含量下,一定范围内油品蒸气爆炸下限随着N_2含量的增加而增大;不同温度、不同N_2含量下,油品蒸气爆炸下限的改变因受到温度和N_2的双重作用,爆炸下限变化较为明显。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the explosion risk of flammable vapor of a certain intermediate product in the process of coal oil production, the explosion limit test instrument (FRTA) was used to study the explosion limit at different temperatures and different N-2 contents.The effect of both on the lower limit of oil vapor explosion is analyzed.The experimental results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the lower explosion limit of oil vapor and the initial temperature when the initial temperature is 30 ~ 60,90120 and 140 鈩,
