水驱注水优化控制方法研究

【摘要】:随着我国油田注水开发技术的不断发展,越来越多的油田将水驱应用到生产开发中,注水开发已经成为大多数油田的开发方式。但随着油田注水开发的不断进行,注水效率逐渐降低,导致水驱替油产量降低。因此,如何对注水参数进行有效的优化控制,并提高注水效率达到增产的目的具有重要的意义。 本文在广泛调研国内外水驱注水优化控制研究现状的基础上,提出了一种水驱注水优化控制方法,以提高注水效率为目的对油田的水驱注水进行优化控制,经研究取得成果如下: (1)通过对水驱注水优化控制组成的分析研究,根据水驱注水优化控制的原理,确定了水驱注水优化控制流程,设计了一个水驱注水优化控制方案,并确定了方案的被控对象和控制变量。 (2)分别对油藏优化模型和注水优化控制模型进行了研究。利用自主建立的油藏优化模型得出目标井需要控制的注水量与注水压力,作为注水优化控制模型的控制目标;利用建立的离心泵优化控制模型和节流阀优化控制模型所组成的注水优化控制模型,分别对注水量与注水压力进行优化控制,达到油藏优化控制的目的。 (3)确定注水参数控制算法与油藏优化算法。针对注水控制问题选择具有自适应性、鲁棒性较好,能够动态优化的广义预测控制(GPC)算法。而油藏优化问题选择具有超线性收敛性质的序列二次规划(SQP)算法进行求解,并用GPC算法更新油藏优化模型的约束条件。 (4)根据水驱注水优化控制组成及原理,确定了水驱注水优化控制的目标函数以及约束条件,作为水驱注水优化控制评价依据。 (5)实现注水优化控制模型与油藏优化模型的耦合。在实际的注水控制过程中,注水量与注水压力很难同时控制在优化算法计算出的最优上,根据水驱注水优化控制的性能指标以及约束条件,确定在水驱注水优化控制中实际选取的注水量与注水压力。 (6)利用MATLAB软件与ECLIPSE软件对水驱注水优化控制方法进行模拟仿真,根据北海XX油田的注水开发数据,对水驱注水优化控制结果进行模拟仿真,并把结果与原方案进行对比和分析。 本文提出的水驱注水优化控制方法,能够根据油田生产的实际情况,优化与控制注水量和注水压力。所采用的控制算法自适应能力较强,鲁棒性较好,优化算法具有超线性收敛速度。并利用注水优化控制模型与油藏优化模型的耦合方法,确定出一个注水周期内注水量与注水压力最优控制方案,对提高水驱注水效率具有重要的指导意义与研究价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of waterflooding technology, more and more oilfields apply water flooding to production and development, and waterflooding development has become the development mode of most oilfields.However, with the continuous development of oilfield water flooding, water injection efficiency gradually decreased, resulting in water displacement oil production reduced.Therefore, it is of great significance to optimize the parameters of water injection and improve the efficiency of water injection to achieve the purpose of increasing production.On the basis of extensive investigation and research on the current situation of water flooding optimization control at home and abroad, a water flooding optimization control method is proposed in this paper, which aims at improving water injection efficiency.The results of the study are as follows:1) according to the principle of water flooding optimization control, the flow chart of water drive water injection optimization control is determined, and a water drive water injection optimization control scheme is designed through the analysis and study of the composition of water flooding optimization control.The controlled object and control variable of the scheme are determined.Oil reservoir optimization model and water injection optimization control model are studied respectively.The water injection volume and water injection pressure needed to be controlled by the target well are obtained by using the reservoir optimization model established independently as the control objective of the water injection optimization control model.By using the optimized control model of centrifugal pump and throttle valve, the optimal control model of water injection volume and water injection pressure is established to achieve the purpose of reservoir optimization control.The control algorithm of water injection parameters and the reservoir optimization algorithm are determined.The generalized predictive control (GPC) algorithm, which is adaptive and robust, can be dynamically optimized for water injection control problems.The oil reservoir optimization problem is solved by using the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) algorithm with superlinear convergence, and the constraint conditions of the reservoir optimization model are updated by GPC algorithm.4) according to the composition and principle of water flooding optimization control, the objective function and constraint conditions of water flooding optimization control are determined, which can be used as the evaluation basis of water flooding optimization control.The coupling of water injection optimization control model and reservoir optimization model is realized.In the actual process of water injection control, it is very difficult to control the water injection volume and the injection pressure simultaneously in the optimum calculation of the optimization algorithm. According to the performance index and the constraint conditions of the water flooding optimization control,Determine the actual selection of water injection volume and injection pressure in water flooding optimization control.MATLAB software and ECLIPSE software are used to simulate the optimal control method of water flooding. According to the data of water injection development in Beihai XX Oilfield, the results of water flooding optimization control are simulated, and the results are compared and analyzed with the original scheme.The water flooding optimization control method proposed in this paper can optimize and control the water injection rate and water injection pressure according to the actual situation of oilfield production.The proposed control algorithm has strong adaptive ability, good robustness and superlinear convergence speed.By using the coupling method of water injection optimization control model and reservoir optimization model, an optimal control scheme of water injection volume and water injection pressure in water injection cycle is determined, which has important guiding significance and research value for improving water flooding efficiency.
