注入水与地层配伍性研究

【摘要】:保持底层压力是提高油藏采收率的关键技术手段,注水成了保持底层压力、提高油藏采收率最重要的方法。目前采用注水开发的新民油田历经22年时间,随着“注好水、注够水、精细注水”工作的不断深入,注水工作的矛盾日益突出,作为注水的首要关键为油藏注好水问题也亟待解决。特别是新民油田采用清污混注,水质配伍性差,对油藏伤害大,如何明确水质配伍性给油藏带来的伤害以及提高水质配伍性是下步需攻关研究解决的问题。在地面上清水采出后经过处理与原油脱出污水混合,清污混注的注入水水质指标直接受到清水与污水混合后的配伍性影响,一旦配伍性差会导致注入水水质指标超标,地面系统所做的工作效果降低,增加了地面系统负担,同时随着注入水的输送和注入会导致地面系统受到影响,井下管柱腐蚀,增加地面系统运行投入和井下作业投入,同时地层受到不可逆的伤害,最终工程系统投入增加,油田的开发经济效益受到影响。在地层中由于注入水与地层水的配伍性会给油藏带来伤害,导致储渗空间受到影响,并且该伤害具有不可逆性,一旦油藏储渗参数发生变化会降低油藏的经济开发效益。如果注入水与地层岩石不配伍会加剧油藏岩石性质发生变化,最终导致采收率降低,致使油田的开发周期缩短、油藏采收率下降。为最终提高油田经济生产的效益,保持油藏指标参数稳定,从岩心性质研究入手,逐步研究配套的地面水处理工艺以提高地面注入水的配伍性,研究注入水与地层岩石的配伍性,研究注入水与地层水的配伍性,形成具有新民特色的地面水处理工艺和注水工艺。
[Abstract]:Keeping bottom pressure is the key technology to improve oil recovery. Water injection is the most important method to maintain bottom pressure and improve oil recovery.At present, Xinmin oilfield developed by water injection has experienced 22 years. With the deepening of the work of "good water injection, enough water injection, fine water injection", the contradiction of water injection work is becoming increasingly prominent.As the first key to water injection, the reservoir water injection problem should be solved urgently.Especially in Xinmin Oilfield, the water quality compatibility is poor, and the harm to reservoir is great. How to make clear the harm to reservoir caused by water quality compatibility and how to improve water quality compatibility are the problems that need to be solved in the next step.After recovery of clean water on the ground, the injected water is mixed with crude oil, and the water quality index of injected water is directly affected by the compatibility between clean water and sewage. Once the compatibility is poor, the water quality index of injected water will exceed the standard.The work effect of the surface system is reduced, and the burden of the surface system is increased. At the same time, with the transportation and injection of injected water, the surface system will be affected, the downhole pipe string will corrode, and the operation input of the surface system and the underground operation input will be increased.At the same time, the formation is damaged irreversibly, the investment of engineering system is increased, and the economic benefit of oilfield development is affected.Due to the compatibility of injected water and formation water, the reservoir storage and permeability space will be affected, and the damage is irreversible. Once the reservoir storage and permeability parameters change, the economic development benefits of the reservoir will be reduced.If the injection water is not compatible with the formation rock, the rock properties of the reservoir will be changed, and the oil recovery will be reduced, the development period of the oil field will be shortened, and the oil recovery will be reduced.In order to improve the economic production efficiency of oil field and keep the reservoir parameter stable, the matching surface water treatment technology is studied step by step to improve the compatibility of surface injected water.The compatibility of injected water with formation rock and the compatibility of injected water with formation water are studied to form the surface water treatment process and water injection technology with Xinmin characteristics.
