【摘要】:秦皇岛33-1南油田地层砂以泥砂为主,储层胶结疏松,孔隙连通性好,表现出高孔高渗特性,且该油田为稠油油藏。因此,需要考虑油层出砂问题,以及采取合理的防砂措施来实现油田的有效开发。本文利用出砂预测模型,编制了出砂预测软件,并采用秦皇岛33-1南油田储层测井数据进行了出砂预测,预测结果表明,该油田储层岩石胶结疏松,生产过程中整个储层段大部分油层容易出砂,需要采取防砂措施来保证油井的正常生产。通过分析不同防砂方法的适应性,并结合秦皇岛33-1南油田的储层特征、地质条件、热采要求等因素,综合考虑技术和成本因素,确定秦皇岛33-1南油田部分井采用筛管分段防砂完井。为了研究不同筛管在热采井中的防砂效果,研制了热采防砂模拟试验装置,并利用该装置针对秦皇岛33-1南油田的地层砂特征开展了不同筛管在高温高压蒸汽作用下的防砂效果。研制了筛管抗挤毁强度测试装置,并进行了不同筛管的抗挤毁强度测试试验。根据不同筛管的热采防砂试验和抗挤毁强度测试试验结果,优选了烧结滤网筛管作为秦皇岛33-1南油田的防砂筛管。本文依据出砂预测结果和防砂试验评价结果,制定了秦皇岛33-1南油田的防砂技术方案,为秦皇岛33-1南油田后期的开发与生产具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Qinhuangdao 33-1 south sand oil reservoir with mud and sand, loose cementation, pore connectivity, exhibit high porosity and permeability characteristics, and the oilfield is a heavy oil reservoir. Therefore, the need to consider the sand production problem, and take effective measures to develop reasonable sand control implementation of the oil field. This paper use sand prediction model the preparation, sand prediction software, and the sand prediction by Qinhuangdao 33-1 south reservoir logging data, the prediction results show that the oil reservoir rock cementation, in the process of producing reservoir formation most likely to produce sand sand, need to take measures to ensure the normal production of oil well. Through the analysis of different sand control method of adaptability, and combining with the characteristics of the reservoir, Qinhuangdao 33-1 oilfield geological conditions, thermal recovery requirements and other factors, considering the technical and cost factors, determine the Qinhuangdao 33-1 part wells by using screen oil field Section of sand control completion. In order to study the effect of sand control in thermal recovery wells different, developed thermal sand control simulation test device, and the device according to the characteristics of Qinhuangdao oil sand 33-1 south to carry out different sieve tubes in high temperature and high pressure steam under the effect of sand is developed. According to different screen thermal recovery sand test and anti collapse strength test results test, optimum sintering filter screen as anti sand screen Qinhuangdao 33-1 Southern oilfield. According to sand prediction results and sand test evaluation results, develop prevention scheme of sand technology Qinhuangdao 33-1 Oilfield, has an important guiding significance for the development and production of Qinhuangdao in the late 33-1 Southern oilfields.
