煤油共炼交互影响的初步分析

【摘要】:基于煤油共炼的加氢处理效果与煤和重油性质关系密切,但非所有重油均适合与煤共同加氢处理,分析了适合煤油共炼的煤种和重油,并同时分析了煤油共炼过程中煤和重油的交互影响。分析表明:镜质组和壳质组相对含量之和较大的低阶煤与芳香度较高的重油适合作煤油共炼原料;煤能加氢裂化反应,也能脱除重油的金属、非金属以及焦粒;重油能加氢裂化反应,也能作为煤油共炼的溶剂。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that the hydrotreating effect of kerosene co-smelting is closely related to the properties of coal and heavy oil, but not all heavy oils are suitable for co-hydrogenation with coal, the types of coal and heavy oil suitable for co-refining of kerosene are analyzed.At the same time, the interaction between coal and heavy oil is analyzed.The results show that low rank coal and heavy oil with higher aromaticity can be used as feedstock for co-production of kerosene, coal can be hydrocracking reaction, metal, non-metal and coke particles of heavy oil can also be removed.Heavy oil can be hydrocracking reaction, but also as a solvent for kerosene co-production.
