炼油汽提净化水循环回用治理工艺研究

【摘要】:论文以中石化安庆分公司炼油汽提净化水循环回用为目标,在大量文献查阅的基础上,设计并提出炼油汽提净化水循环回用治理工艺路线;通过单因素条件实验分别考察并确定了沉淀法脱硫离子、沸石吸附去除氨氮、Fenton氧化法去除COD、超高石灰铝法脱除氯离子等工序较适宜的工艺条件,所得结果如下:(1)沉淀法脱硫离子。选择氯化亚铁为较适宜的除硫沉淀剂;所确定较适宜的工艺条件为:氯化亚铁添加量8.0 mg/200 mL废水、反应温度35℃、体系pH10,此条件下硫离子的去除率可达到96.5%。(2)沸石吸附去除氨氮。氨氮的去除率与沸石添加量几乎呈线性关系;所确定的较适宜吸附工艺条件为:反应温度30℃、反应时间60min、200mL10-2 mol·L-1氨氮废水、沸石添加量3g、体系pH值为6,此条件下氨氮去除率可达到80%。(3) Fenton氧化法去除COD。在汽提净化水200 mL (COD 1863mg·L-1)、体系的pH为4、FeSO4·7H2O添加量0.3 g、H2O2/COD质量浓度比为2.16、反应时间60 min条件下,COD的去除率为86%。(4)超高石灰铝法脱除氯离子。较适宜工艺条件为:反应温度40℃,反应时间40 min,钙铝氯摩尔比为5:3:1时,氯离子去除率最高可达到80.05%。在实验所确定的上述工序较适宜工艺条件下,对中石化安庆分公司炼油汽提净化水进行处理,处理后的水样中的硫离子、氨氮、COD、氯离子等的含量均达到循环回用水的指标要求。
[Abstract]:Based on a large number of literatures, the paper designs and proposes a treatment process for water recycling of refining stripping purification water in Anqing Branch of Sinopec, on the basis of a large number of references. The suitable technological conditions were investigated and determined by single factor experiments, such as precipitation desulfurization, zeolite adsorption and removal of ammonia, nitrogen and Fenton oxidation, removal of chlorine ion by ultrahigh lime aluminum method, and so on. The results are as follows: 1) Desulfurization ion by precipitation.
