有机硼高温延迟交联剂的制备及其性能

【摘要】:合成了用于中高温油藏压裂作业的有机硼交联剂,并与羟丙基胍胶压裂液组成了有机硼交联冻胶体系。研究了合成条件对交联时间的影响,考察了有机硼交联冻胶体系的性能。实验结果表明,制备有机硼交联剂适宜的反应条件为:130℃、络合剂醇胺质量比4∶2。制备的有机硼交联剂冻胶体系适用于90~120℃的中高温地层压裂作业。破胶剂添加量为0.2%~0.3%(φ)可满足不同的施工工艺参数要求。有机硼交联冻胶体系可在110~120℃下保持表观黏度稳定大于100 mPa·s,并在作业后120~240 min实现破胶水化。
[Abstract]:The organic boron crosslinking agent used in middle and high temperature reservoir fracturing was synthesized, and the organoboron crosslinking gel system was formed with hydroxypropyl guanidine gel fracturing fluid. The effects of synthesis conditions on crosslinking time were studied and the properties of organoboron crosslinked gel system were investigated.
