生物质裂解燃油对生物柴油低温流动性的改进研究

【摘要】:以生物油脂为原料,通过裂解和酯化两个反应过程分别生成3种新的生物油脂裂解燃油(大豆油裂解燃油SBPF、皂脚裂解燃油SSPF、地沟油裂解燃油HWPF)。将3种生物燃油以不同的添加量分别添加到脂肪酸甲酯类生物柴油中,研究其组成含量对低温流动性能的影响。结果表明:常规的生物柴油凝点和冷滤点分别为11℃和12℃,通过添加20%皂脚裂解燃油,可使其凝点和冷滤点分别降至4℃和7℃。通过差示扫描热量分析,可知调合后可略微降低油品的析蜡温度,并且其降凝效果符合共晶理论。通过析蜡结晶物的GC-MS分析验证,生物油脂裂解燃油的加入主要是改变结晶特性,而对析出的蜡晶的组成及其含量无影响。
[Abstract]:Three new bio-oil pyrolysis fuels (SBF, SSPF, HWPFF, HWPFN) were produced from bio-oil by pyrolysis and esterification, respectively. Three kinds of bio-fuels were added to fatty acid methyl ester biodiesel with different amounts to study the effect of their composition on low-temperature flow performance.
