低浓度胍胶压裂液在延安气田本溪组的应用

【摘要】:为降低本溪组压裂液对地层的伤害,研究开发了适合延安气田本溪组储层的低浓度胍胶压裂液体系。实验结果表明:低浓度胍胶压裂液当胍胶质量分数为0.3%时,在100℃,170s的剪切速率下经过120min耐温剪切,粘度保持在200m Pa·s~(-1);残渣含量和岩心伤害率明显低于常规胍胶压裂液体系。该体系在延安气田本溪组试验2井次,表现出携砂能力强、低摩阻、返排效果好等优点。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the formation damage caused by the fracturing fluid in Benxi formation, a low concentration guanidine gel fracturing fluid system suitable for Benxi formation reservoir in Yan'an gas field was developed.
