新型水合物抑制剂Z-6的研究及应用

【摘要】:由于冬季环境温度较低,采气管线、井筒常常发生水合物堵塞现象。目前,东胜气田主要利用甲醇来抑制水合物的生成。但由于甲醇具有毒性,易挥发,给安全、环保带来了巨大压力。亟需寻求有效的水合物防控剂,既要满足东胜气田生产需求,提高其开发效益,又要兼具环保、安全的特点,对人体和环境不造成伤害。为此,对国内外水合物抑制技术进行了大量的调研,在此基础上,开展了无毒新型水合物抑制剂Z-6的研究及应用。结合气井实际生产情况,现场采用连续自力式滴注工艺,通过不断优化加注制度,完全能够满足气井的生产需要。采用新型防控剂滴注工艺后,东胜气田生产时率达到95,较同期增长7个百分点;单次解堵用时7 h,较前期减少近半,药剂用量仅为同期甲醇用量的30,节约了成本。同时,该防控剂减缓了井下管柱的腐蚀速度,其缓蚀率达到80。研究表明,该新型水合物抑制剂在水合物预防和解堵效果上能够替代甲醇,且满足现场生产及安全环保要求。
[Abstract]:Because of low temperature in winter and gas production pipeline, gas hydrate blockage often occurs in wellbore. At present, Dongsheng gas field mainly uses methanol to restrain hydrate formation. However, because methanol is toxic and volatile, it brings great pressure to safety and environmental protection. It is urgent to find effective hydrate prevention and control agent which not only meets the production demand of Dongsheng gas field and improves its development efficiency but also has the characteristics of environmental protection and safety and does not cause harm to human body and environment. Therefore, a great deal of research on hydrate inhibition technology has been carried out at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the research and application of Z-6, a new non-toxic hydrate inhibitor, have been carried out. According to the actual production conditions of gas wells, continuous self-powered drip injection process is adopted in the field, and the production needs of gas wells can be completely met by continuously optimizing the injection system. The production time rate of Dongsheng gas field is up to 95%, which is 7 percentage points higher than that of the same period, and the time of single plugging removal is 7 h, which is nearly half of that of the previous period, and the dosage of medicament is only 30% of that of methanol in the same period, which saves the cost. At the same time, the control agent slowed down the corrosion rate of the pipe string, and the corrosion inhibition rate reached 80. 5%. The results show that the new hydrate inhibitor can replace methanol in hydrate prevention and plugging, and meet the requirements of field production and safety and environmental protection.
