井下作业小修设备钻捞桥塞工艺技术的研究与应用

【摘要】:石油是促进国家发展的重要行业,对推动经济进步有着不可取代的地位。作为中国最大的油区,大庆油田的产量和国家的经济发展有息息相关的联系。然而,大庆油田也面临严峻的资源问题,目前大庆剩余可采储量约1.97亿吨,按照现在开采速度计算,仅能满足五年左右的开采时间。资源量枯竭然而需求量却在持续增加,除了再寻找新的石油资源外,改善自身的开采工艺技术,也成为当前石油企业开展的重要工作。大庆主战场松辽盆地及周边一系列盆地中共含四套油气层,而大庆油田目前只对其中第二层的半层进行了充分开采,大庆的开采能力是目前最需要关注的细节。通过研究发现,国内诸多的老油田在进行开采时,由于某些开发层非均质的特性,在油田进入作业后,含水量上升快,使油井部分层段遭到水淹,直接影响油田的开发效果,所以有必要对油田进行封锁。早期的封锁技术采用注灰工艺,由于夹层的厚度以及压力无法掌控,所以在面对夹层较薄或压力较高的封堵层时,灰面不容易把握,成功率较低,成本较高。所以后期就使用桥塞封锁技术。目前,大庆油田有诸多待打捞的桥塞,这些桥塞封锁着一部分已射孔,可以开采的层段和一部分含水量较大的层段。但由于前期对这一步骤的不重视,导致大部分的桥塞信息不足,没有办法进行打捞工具以及打捞方式的选择。桥塞长期处在地下会受到介质影响发生腐蚀,随着时间的推移,桥塞的打捞工作愈发困难。根据现有的可钻式桥塞式和可捞式桥塞技术对大庆油田进行试验研究,以此来解决现实中对井下作业小修设备钻捞桥塞工艺技术的难题。而这一工作的顺利进行也将有助于国家的经济发展。本文以“老桥塞在资料的录入与保存方面不完整,导致无法选择打捞工具;桥塞在地层液体、油气环境等作用的长时间影响下桥塞在接头腐蚀情况严重,导致在打捞时无法通过配套专用的工具将其打捞;到目前为止可钻式桥塞仍未配备有配套的打捞工具”这3个难题作为研究出发点,采取了相应的研究实验,提出了在打捞前,应下工具处理井筒与桥塞,然后通过下铅印确认桥塞的类型,从而选取合适的打捞工具。此外,还具体分析了钻捞桥塞的方法。
[Abstract]:Oil is an important industry to promote the development of the country, and has an irreplaceable position in promoting economic progress. As the largest oil region in China, Daqing oil production is closely related to the country's economic development. However, Daqing Oilfield is also faced with severe resource problems. At present, the remaining recoverable reserves in Daqing are about 197 million tons, which can only meet the production time of about five years according to the current production speed. Resource depletion but the demand is increasing. In addition to finding new oil resources, improving their own mining technology has become an important work of current oil enterprises. There are four sets of oil and gas layers in Songliao Basin and a series of surrounding basins in Daqing main battlefield, but only half of the second layer has been fully exploited in Daqing Oilfield at present, and the mining ability of Daqing is the most important detail to be paid attention to at present. Through the research, it is found that in many old oil fields in China, due to the heterogeneity of some development layers, the water content rises quickly after the oil field enters the operation, which causes water flooding in some parts of the oil well, which directly affects the development effect of the oil field. Therefore, it is necessary to seal off the oil fields. Because the thickness and pressure of interlayer can not be controlled, the ash surface is not easy to grasp, the success rate is low and the cost is high when facing the sealing layer with thin interlayer or high pressure. Therefore, the late use of bridge plug blockade technology. At present, there are many bridge plugs to be salvaged in Daqing Oilfield. However, due to the lack of attention to this step in the early stage, most of the bridge plug information is insufficient, and there is no way to choose the salvage tools and salvage methods. The bridge plug will be corroded by the medium for a long time, and the salvage of the bridge plug becomes more difficult with the passage of time. According to the existing drillable bridge plug and salvage bridge plug technology, the experimental study of Daqing Oilfield is carried out to solve the practical problem of drilling and salvage bridge plug technology for minor repair equipment in downhole operation. The smooth progress of this work will also contribute to the country's economic development. In this paper, due to the incomplete data input and preservation of the old bridge plug, it is impossible to choose the fishing tool, and the corrosion of the bridge plug in the joint is serious due to the effect of the bridge plug on the formation liquid and oil and gas environment for a long time. As a result, it can not be salvaged by matching special tools. Up to now, the drillable bridge plug has not been equipped with a matching fishing tool "as the starting point of the research, the corresponding research experiments are taken, and it is put forward that before the salvage, the drillable bridge plug is not equipped with a matching fishing tool. Tools should be used to handle wellbore and bridge plug, and then the type of bridge plug should be confirmed by using lead print to select the appropriate fishing tool. In addition, the method of dredging bridge plug is analyzed in detail.
