反相乳液聚合法调剖—驱油微球的研制与评价

【摘要】:调驱微球是一种纳微米级的吸水材料,对于低渗透非均质油藏,微球尺寸小、数量多、可变形的特点在深部调驱技术中具有独特的优势,在油田的应用越来越多。目前使用的微球调驱体系存在乳化剂用量大,驱油效率低,抗高温高盐性能差等不足,为此,本文从微球稳定性和低界面张力乳化体系两方面开展研究,取得的认识和成果如下: 1.选择丙烯酰胺(AM),2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为聚合单体;以乳液电导率、粘度、稳定指数和界面张力为指标,考察乳化剂类型、配比对乳液稳定性的影响,确定质量比为62/18/20的Span80/Tween60/OA复配乳化剂制备反相乳液合成调驱微球。反相乳液体系中水相占51.6%,白油占41.2%,乳化剂占7.2%,搅拌速率850r/min。 2.采用单因素法考察引发剂类型、加量,反应温度,乳化剂加量和交联剂加量对单体转化率和微球粒径的影响。结合正交实验法确定最佳聚合条件为:搅拌速率350r/min,V-50占单体质量分数0.027%,MBA加量0.05%,温度50℃,单体转化率80%。 3.利用光学显微镜,激光粒度仪和扫描电镜对微球形态进行评价。微球干粉平均直径3μm,成球性好;在自来水中初始粒径分布为4.08~27.93μm,平均直径11.78μm。微球具有较好的膨胀性和稳定性,矿化度高于10000mg/L,膨胀倍数不再增加保持在2倍左右;膨胀后粒径分布变宽;90℃,20×104mg/L地层水中老化60d,微球略有变形,120d仍可保持球形结构。根据Span80/Tween60/OA体系中油酸用量与等摩尔量的NaOH中和后,可将DKl井原油/水界面张力降至10-2数量级,性能优于Span80/Tween60体系;微球体系与甜菜碱、石油磺酸盐、聚合物复配均有一定协同效应。 4.物理模拟实验表明微球能够进入渗透率高于262mD的岩心,岩心孔喉直径与微球粒径比为1.02时,封堵运移效果最佳。水驱后调驱微球可将DKl井原油采收率提高18.54%。对渗透率级差为9.3的并联岩心具有较好的剖面改善能力。
[Abstract]:The microsphere is a kind of water absorbent material of nanometer and micron scale. For the low permeability heterogeneous reservoir, the microsphere is small in size, large in quantity and deformable. It has unique advantages in deep control flooding technology, and has been applied more and more in oil fields. At present, the microsphere controlled flooding system has some shortcomings, such as large amount of emulsifier, low oil displacement efficiency, poor resistance to high temperature and high salt, etc. Therefore, the stability of microspheres and the emulsification system of low interfacial tension are studied in this paper. The following awareness and results have been achieved: 1. The emulsion conductivity, viscosity, stability index and interfacial tension were determined by using AMPS and NVP) as polymeric monomers, and the type of emulsifier was investigated by using the emulsion conductivity, viscosity, stability index and interfacial tension as the index of emulsion conductivity, viscosity, stability index and interfacial tension. The influence of the ratio on the emulsion stability was determined. The Span80/Tween60/OA emulsifier with the mass ratio of 62-18-20 was used to prepare the modified flooding microspheres by inverse emulsion synthesis. In the reverse emulsion system, 51.6% water, 41.2% white oil, 7.2% emulsifier, and 850 r / min stirring rate. 2. The effects of type of initiator, amount of initiator, reaction temperature, amount of emulsifier and amount of crosslinking agent on monomer conversion and particle size were investigated by single factor method. The optimum polymerization conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment: the stirring rate was 350 r / min V-50 / monomer mass fraction 0.027%, the mass fraction of MBA was 0.05%, the temperature was 50 鈩,
