改性乳化沥青选择性堵水剂前期研究

【摘要】:油井出水是困扰油田发展的重要问题,石油储层分布是不均匀的,不同储层之间存在比较大的差异,注入的水就会沿着储层向下渗透,出现的这种情况就会过早地淹没储层,大大降低了油层储量,导致油井含水量增加,甚至出现油井关闭的情况,导致原油不能开采。所以,在开采石油过程中,要密切关注水的动向,研究并采取适当的堵水方法,减少油井出水,进一步提高采收率。选择性堵水是堵剂研究的一个发展方向。改性乳化沥青选择性堵水剂是根据沥青在油和水中的溶解性不同,其本身在油层中能够被油溶解而带出,对油层无损害,而在水层中由于不能被水溶解,沉降在孔道中,在地层温度和颗粒间相互吸附的作用下,小颗粒聚集并粘接在一起,形成较大颗粒,封堵了地层中的大孔道,达到堵水的目的。改性乳化沥青堵水剂具有无毒、无臭、施工安全、环保,且原料来源广泛等优良特性,是一种对油层无污染的新型选择性堵水剂。本文以改性乳化沥青储存稳定性试验为依据,进行了大量的实验。以2%的椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺/十二烷基硫酸钠为主乳化剂,添加0.2%的聚丙烯酰胺,研制了改性乳化沥青选择性堵水剂。分析了改性乳化沥青的乳化机理和乳液的稳定机理,对改性乳化沥青的储存稳定性进行了研究,讨论了乳化剂种类及剂量、pH值、稳定剂等重要因素对改性乳化沥青储存稳定性的影响规律。制备的改性乳化沥青堵水剂在常温下粘度低,具有良好的注入性。实验室封堵率实验表明,所制备的改性乳化沥青选择性堵水剂具有明显的选择性,对水的封堵率大于92%,而对油的封堵率小于20%,该堵剂具有很强的封堵能力。在现场应用中,将实验井日产液恢复到22t,日产油从措施前的6.5t提升至8t,含水从69%降至61%,取得了明显的增油效果。
[Abstract]:The oil well water is an important problem that plagued the development of oil fields. The distribution of oil reservoirs is uneven, and there is a large difference between different reservoirs. The injected water will permeate down the reservoir. This situation will inundate the reservoir early, greatly reduce the reservoir reserves, lead to the increase of water content in the oil well, and even turn off the oil well. In the process of mining oil, it is necessary to pay close attention to the trend of water, study and adopt appropriate water plugging methods, reduce the water quality of oil wells, and further improve the recovery. Selective water plugging is a developing direction for the research of plugging agent. The modified emulsified asphalt water plugging agent is based on the asphalt in oil and water. In the oil layer, it can be dissolved in oil and can be dissolved in the oil layer, and it can not be damaged in the oil layer, but in the water layer, because it can not be dissolved in the water, it settles in the channel. Under the action of the formation temperature and the interaction between the particles, the small particles gather and stick together to form larger particles and block the large pores in the formation to reach the order of water plugging. The modified emulsified asphalt water plugging agent is a new type of selective water plugging agent, which has no toxic, odorless, safe construction, environmental protection and extensive source of raw materials. This paper is based on the storage stability test of modified emulsified asphalt, and a large number of tests are carried out, with 2% coconut oil fatty acid two ethanolamide / twelve alkane. The selective water plugging agent of modified emulsified asphalt was developed by adding 0.2% polyacrylamide as emulsifier and adding polyacrylamide. The emulsifying mechanism of modified emulsified bitumen and the stability mechanism of emulsion were analyzed. The storage stability of modified emulsified bitumen was studied. The kinds of emulsifier, dosage, pH value, stabilizer and other important factors were discussed. The modified emulsified asphalt water plugging agent has low viscosity at normal temperature and has good injectivity. The laboratory sealing rate experiment shows that the modified emulsified asphalt selective water plugging agent has obvious selectivity, the blocking rate of water is greater than 92%, and the blocking rate of oil is less than 20%. In the field application, the daily liquid of the experiment well is restored to 22T, and the daily oil of daily oil is raised to 8t from the 6.5T before the measure, and the water content is reduced from 69% to 61%, and the obvious effect of oil increase is obtained.
