【摘要】:油库是储存及中转运输油料的基地,具有相当的危险性,因此一个小的错误或不慎操作,都有可能导致严重的安全事故,给国家和人民带来巨大的损失,因此实际生产多远离城市且严禁无资质人员的操作,这就给相关行业中新职工的上岗培训以及学生的教学与实习带来了不便,为确保人员与生产安全,又为取得较好的教学实习效果,故提出输油管线操作管理仿真系统的开发。本文以某大型油库真实工艺流程与设备参数为依据,在Microsoft Visual Studio2008的编译环境下,以C#为开发语言,结合SQL数据库技术开发了输油管线操作仿真系统、输油管线操作考核系统、输油管线设备管理系统三部分内容。在开发过程中首先对工艺流程进行了整理与简化,确定开发方案,利用GDI+图形技术为仿真系统所需的设备编写控件,如油罐、输油泵以及液位显示条等。建立了油罐内液位,流量计的流量,输油泵的温度与压力随时间的变化关系并通过编写代码对其进行仿真模拟。本系统运行后可仿真油库输油管线工艺流程,操作者可对阀门进行开闭操作,系统可逼真显示管道内油品的流动,流量、液位、压力等参数的变动,操作者还可通过演示界面快速观看整套工艺流程,并对自身的学习效果进行考核,通过设备管理系统可对关键设备进行学习并对其进行操作管理。本仿真系统能让学员在安全的环境下,高效的进行培训与实习,系统集操作考核与设备管理于一体,具有一定的工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:The oil depot is a base for storage and transit transportation of oil, which is quite dangerous. Therefore, a small mistake or careless operation may lead to serious safety accidents and bring huge losses to the country and the people. Therefore, the actual production is far away from the city and the operation of unqualified personnel is strictly prohibited. This brings inconvenience to the induction training of new workers in related industries, as well as the teaching and practice of students, in order to ensure the safety of personnel and production. In order to obtain better teaching practice effect, the paper puts forward the development of oil pipeline operation management simulation system. Based on the actual technological process and equipment parameters of a large oil depot, under the compiling environment of Microsoft Visual Studio2008, using C # as the development language and combining with the SQL database technology, this paper develops an oil pipeline operation simulation system and an oil pipeline operation assessment system. Three parts of oil pipeline equipment management system. In the process of development, the process flow is arranged and simplified, the development scheme is determined, and the GDI graphics technology is used to compile controls for the equipment needed in the simulation system, such as oil tank, oil pump and liquid level display bar. The relationship between the liquid level, the flow rate of the Flowmeter and the temperature and pressure of the oil pump with time is established, and the simulation is carried out by writing the code. After the operation of the system, the process flow of oil pipeline in oil depot can be simulated, the operator can operate the valve, and the system can show the flow, flow, level and pressure of oil in the pipeline vividly. The operator can also watch the whole process quickly through the demo interface, and evaluate the learning effect of himself. Through the equipment management system, he can study and manage the key equipment. The simulation system enables trainees to train and practice efficiently in a safe environment. The system integrates operation examination and equipment management, and has certain engineering application value.
