提高海1块油井系统效率技术研究

【摘要】:机械采油的系统效率是评价一个油田的开发状况和开发水平的重要标准,相比国内其他油田,海1块的抽油机系统效率偏低,平均系统效率为24.5%,达不到26%的标准,因此研究机械采油能耗损失原因并制定相应的降耗措施,对提高海1块抽油机系统效率和节能降耗有很重要的意义。本文在海外河油田海1块地质概况和生产现状分析的基础上,运用分节点敏感因素分析的方法对区块内造成系统效率降低的因素进行研究,结果表明,海1块系统效率偏低的主要原因主要是地面效率和井下效率低;以区块内机采井实测系统效率作为数据支持,秉承“一井一策”的原则,有针对性地进行了提高海1块系统效率方案设计;在海1块现场实施了提高系统效率的技术措施及优化方案设计,取得了良好的效果,平均系统效率提高到26%以上,平均单井增产7.2m3/d,增产增效显著。
[Abstract]:The system efficiency of mechanical oil production is an important standard for evaluating the development and development level of an oil field. Compared with other oil fields in China, the efficiency of the 1 offshore pumping units is low, the average system efficiency is 24.5%, and the standard is less than 26%. Therefore, the study of the loss of the loss of oil by mechanical oil recovery and the corresponding measures to reduce the loss are made, and 1 blocks in the sea are raised. On the basis of the geological survey and production status of 1 blocks in the offshore oilfield sea, this paper studies the factors that reduce the efficiency of the system in the block on the basis of the analysis of the geological survey and production status of the overseas River oilfield sea. The results show that the main reasons for the low efficiency of the sea 1 system are mainly the ground. The efficiency of surface and downhole efficiency are low. Taking the system efficiency of the well measured system in the block as the data support and adhering to the principle of "one well and one policy", the design of the efficiency scheme for improving the 1 block system is carried out. The technical measures and optimization schemes for improving the system efficiency are carried out in the 1 block of the sea, and the good results are achieved and the average system has been obtained. The efficiency increased to more than 26%, and the average single well production increased by 7.2m3/d.
