丙三醇耐寒型粘土稳定剂的制备研究及防膨性能测试

【摘要】:粘土矿物广泛存在于低渗透油田储层中,可以引起较强的水敏性。粘土防膨稳定剂能有效的防止储层粘土膨胀,经过多年的研究历程,已逐渐趋于完善,但在使用方面仍然沿用基地配制稳定剂的方式,,用槽车运输到作业现场。在北方寒冷地区,如大庆油田、长庆油田,由于这种作业方法,存在低温下稳定剂易结冰或析出固体,造成参数不准而大量浪费稳定剂,而且结冰的稳定剂给运输和储存造成困扰,无法直接用于作业等缺点。因此,研究低温下耐寒防冻型防膨稳定剂,对注水开采寒冷地区的油田作业技术的发展,将提供强有力的技术保障。本文选用三乙胺和环氧氯丙烷,合成了一种中低分子量的Gemini季铵盐粘土防膨稳定剂,以丙三醇为防冻单体,通过添加丙三醇降低稳定剂的凝固点,并复配无机盐KCl提高防膨率。为了提高粘土防膨稳定剂的防膨性与长效性,本文讨论了反应温度、反应时间、反应物摩尔比等反应条件,得出了最佳合成工艺。通过元素分析、熔点分析和活性物含量分析,确定了合成产物纯度。通过防膨实验、岩屑回收实验、岩芯溶失实验测得稳定剂具有较好的吸附稳定效果。本文在新型耐寒粘土防膨稳定剂的制备研究及防膨评价实验的基础上,获得了以下五个结论:1、以环氧氯丙烷、三乙胺两种物质为原料,反应合成了Gemini季铵盐粘土防膨稳定剂,并从反应的时间、反应的温度、单体摩尔比等条件对合成过程进行了优化;使用亚甲基蓝反滴定法,得出双季铵盐的产品纯度为94.6%;通过电导率法测得产物的临界胶束浓度为4.8mmol/L。2、通过实验室防膨实验,分析了合成的季铵盐粘土防膨稳定剂的防膨性能,并对防膨性能、岩屑回收率、岩芯溶失率等进行了测定,表现出对粘土的良好稳定效果。确定了稳定剂的最佳注入浓度。3、将合成的Gemini季铵盐防膨稳定剂和防冻单体丙三醇结合,经过多次低温实验,确定了配制成的耐寒型稳定剂在-20℃下没有析出晶体时丙三醇的最低浓度,并测得防膨率为81.2%。4、将合成的耐寒型防膨稳定剂和无机盐KCl、NH4Cl复配,进行防膨实验优选,提高稳定剂的防膨率。实验证明复配KCl后溶液的防膨率与复配NH4Cl的溶液相比,明显提高,可达83.6%。5、对复配后的耐寒型Gemini季铵盐防膨稳定剂进行了缓蚀性能测定,实验结果证明对A3碳钢具有一定的缓蚀性,可以对运输和储存过程中使用的储罐起到有效的保护作用。
[Abstract]:Clay minerals are widely found in reservoirs in low permeability oil fields and can cause strong water sensitivity. Clay anti swelling stabilizers can effectively prevent the expansion of reservoir clay. After years of research, the clay minerals have been gradually improved. However, the use of the stabilizer is still used in the way of using the base to transport the tank to the site. In the area, such as the Daqing oilfield and Changqing Oilfield, because of this operation method, the stabilizers are easy to freeze or precipitate at low temperature, causing a large amount of stabilizers to waste the parameters, and the ice stabilizers have caused difficulties in transportation and storage, and can not be used directly in the operation. Therefore, the cold resistant anti swelling stabilizers at low temperature are studied. The development of oilfield operation technology in cold area with water injection will provide strong technical support. In this paper, three ethylamine and epichlorohydrin are selected, and a medium and low molecular weight Gemini quaternary ammonium salt clay anti swelling stabilizer is synthesized. Using glycerol as antifreeze monomer, the solidifying point of stabilizer is reduced by adding propane three alcohol, and the inorganic salt KCl is mixed. To improve the anti expansion rate. In order to improve the anti swelling and long effect of clay anti swelling stabilizer, the reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio of reactant are discussed in this paper. The optimum synthesis process is obtained. The purity of the synthetic product is determined by elemental analysis, melting point analysis and active substance content analysis. In this paper, the following five conclusions were obtained on the basis of the study on the preparation of a new cold resistant clay anti swelling stabilizer and the anti expansion evaluation experiment. 1, the Gemini quaternary ammonium salt clay anti swelling stabilizer was synthesized by the reaction of epoxy chloropropane and three ethylamine, and the anti swelling stabilizer was synthesized. The reaction time, the reaction temperature, the monomer mole ratio and other conditions were optimized. The product purity of the double quaternary ammonium salt was 94.6% with the methylene blue titration method, and the critical micelle concentration of the product was 4.8mmol/L.2 by the conductivity method. The anti expansion of the synthetic quaternary ammonium salt clay was analyzed by the laboratory anti expansion experiment. The anti swelling property of the stabilizer was measured, and the anti swelling property, the debris recovery rate and the core dissolving rate were measured. The good stability of the clay was shown. The optimum injection concentration of the stabilizer.3 was determined. The synthesized Gemini quaternary ammonium salt anti swelling stabilizer and the antifreeze monomer glycerin were combined. After several low temperature experiments, the preparation resistance was determined. The cold type stabilizer has the lowest concentration of glycerol when the crystal is not precipitated at -20 C, and the anti swelling rate is 81.2%.4. The combination of cold resistant anti swelling stabilizer and inorganic salt KCl and NH4Cl is used to optimize the anti expansion experiment and improve the anti expansion rate of the stabilizer. The experiment shows that the anti expansion rate of the solution after the compound KCl is obviously compared with the solution of the compound NH4Cl. Up to 83.6%.5, the corrosion inhibition performance of the cold resistant Gemini quaternary ammonium salt stabilizer after the compound is measured. The experimental results show that the corrosion resistance of A3 carbon steel has a certain corrosion resistance, which can effectively protect the storage tank used in the process of transportation and storage.
