抗温270℃钻井液聚合物降滤失剂的研制

【摘要】:采用水溶液聚合引发体系,合成了抗高温聚合物降滤失剂HR-1。考察了基团比、单体摩尔比、体系p H、总单体用量、交联剂加量、引发剂加量等条件对HR-1性能的影响;并在淡水基浆和水基钻井液中对HR-1的性能进行了评价。采用FTIR,TG,DTG等方法对HR-1进行表征。综合考虑最优合成条件为:基团比为6∶4,单体摩尔比为10∶5,p H8,总单体用量(w)保持在60%~67%,交联剂加量(w)固定在7.0%~8.5%,引发剂加量(w)为0.3%~0.7%。实验结果表明,HR-1表现出良好的热稳定性和降滤失能力,抗温达270℃,在淡水基浆中HR-1加量为2.0%(w)时,中压滤失量(FL)由46.0 m L降至7.6 m L;抗温270℃钻井液体系高温稳定性好,流变性易于控制,FL小于4.0 m L,高温高压滤失量小于13.0m L。表征结果显示,反应单体发生了接枝共聚反应,并具有较强的热稳定性。
[Abstract]:The high temperature polymer filtrate reducer HR-1 was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization initiator. The effects of group ratio, monomer molar ratio, system pH, total monomer content, crosslinking agent dosage and initiator dosage on the properties of HR-1 were investigated, and the properties of HR-1 were evaluated in fresh water based slurry and water-based drilling fluid. HR-1 was characterized by FTIR TG-DTG. The optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the molar ratio of group is 6: 4, the molar ratio of monomer is 10: 5p / H 8, the amount of total monomer is kept at 60: 67 and the amount of crosslinking agent is fixed at 7. 0% and 8. 5%, and the amount of initiator is 0. 3% and 0. 7%.
