喇北东块小井距高浓度聚合物驱数值模拟研究

【摘要】:试验区块位于喇嘛甸油田的北东块南部靠近过渡带,以河道砂发育为主,纵向上可以划分为四个沉积单元。该区块1974年投入开发,先后部署5套开发井网,划分为5套开发层系,经历了常规水驱、一次聚驱和高浓聚驱三个阶段。本文主要针对高浓度聚合物驱阶段进行数值模拟及方案优化设计。根据喇北东块葡I1-2油层数据资料,利用相控条件约束建立目的层属性模型,经检验模型误差在3‰以内。在精细地质建模基础上,应用Eclipse软件进行喇北东块葡I1-2油层小井距高浓聚合物驱开发效果及剩余油分布状况进行预测。通过数值模拟,对试验区注采井距、注采比、注聚浓度、注入速度、聚合物用量等高浓聚驱开发效果的影响因素进行研究,确定了最优高浓聚驱方案:注采井距为106米,注采比为1.0,注入速度为0.2PV/a,聚合物用量为1750PV.mg/L,段塞组合3500mg/L(1050PV.mg/L)+2500mg/L(350PV.mg/L)+1500mg/L(350PV.mg/L)。该方案综合含水到达98%时,阶段采出程度10.44%,最终采收率63.65%。最后,从同批次和分批次两个角度研究试验区高浓聚驱转后续水驱时机及方法,最终确定同批次条件下2000mg/L(75PV.mg/L)+1500mg/L(75PV.mg/L)梯度降浓转后续水驱方案为最优方案,分批次条件下井组综合含水达98%和井组聚合物用量达1750PV.mg/L方案为最优方案。
[Abstract]:The experimental block is located in the south of the north east block of Lamadian oilfield near the transitional zone with the main channel sand development and can be divided into four sedimentary units longitudinally. The block was put into development in 1974, and five development well patterns were deployed successively, which were divided into 5 development layers, which experienced three stages: conventional water flooding, single polymer flooding and high concentration polymer flooding. This paper mainly focuses on the numerical simulation and scheme optimization design of high concentration polymer flooding stage. According to the data of Pui 1-2 reservoir in Labei block, an attribute model of the target layer is established by using phase control constraints. The error of the model is less than 3 鈥,
