钻井废弃物处理技术创新动力机制研究

【摘要】:通过对国内外钻井废弃物处理技术的分析,结合我国钻井废弃物处理技术创新的特点,选用因子分析法,提取影响技术创新的重要因素,在此基础上构建技术创新动力模型并进行仿真模拟,最后建立了钻井废弃物处理技术创新动力机制,为提高钻井废弃物处理技术创新动力提供依据。 基于系统论的思想对研究系统进行界定,结合钻井废弃物处理技术创新动力机制独有特征,从我国当前的实际情况出发,运用激励约束理论,初步拟定环保法律法规约束、媒体和公众监督、企业内部激励机制、RD人才引进力度、钻井废弃物处理能力等29个影响钻井废弃物处理技术创新动力的内外部影响因素。在此基础上,运用李克特尺度五点量表设计调查问卷,采用因子分析方法,提取出企业外部约束、环境污染程度、企业自身RD经费投入、企业技术创新收益、RD人才引进和培养、企业内部创新环境、企业技术创新能力、技术引进、政府支持、企业融资等10个影响技术创新动力的综合变量,并对其进行了描述和重命名。 在确定影响因素的基础上,运用系统动力学理论,分析各综合变量之间的相互关系,运用Vensim PLE软件建立钻井废弃物处理技术创新系统动力学模型,依据变量之间的关系写出结构方程式,并在Vensim PLE软件平台上进行模型的调试和检验,通过敏感度分析得出的仿真趋势图,找到系统中的关键因素,构建了钻井废弃物处理技术创新动力机制,为企业技术创新策略的制定和技术创新活动的开展提供提供依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of drilling waste treatment technology at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of drilling waste treatment technology innovation in China, factor analysis method is selected to extract the important factors that affect the technology innovation. On this basis, the dynamic model of technology innovation is built and simulated. Finally, the dynamic mechanism of drilling waste treatment technology innovation is established, which provides the basis for improving the technological innovation power of drilling waste treatment. Based on the idea of system theory, this paper defines the research system, combining with the unique characteristics of the dynamic mechanism of drilling waste treatment technology innovation, starting from the current situation of our country, applying the theory of incentive and constraint to draw up the restriction of environmental protection laws and regulations. There are 29 internal and external factors that influence the innovation power of drilling waste treatment technology, such as media and public supervision, internal incentive mechanism of enterprises, the strength of talent introduction of R D, and the ability of drilling waste treatment. On this basis, the questionnaire is designed by using the Richter scale five-point scale, and the factor analysis method is used to extract the external constraints of the enterprise, the degree of environmental pollution, the R D investment of the enterprise itself, the income of the enterprise's technological innovation, and the introduction and training of the R D talents. The internal innovation environment, technological innovation capability, technology introduction, government support and enterprise financing are 10 comprehensive variables that affect the driving force of technological innovation, and they are described and renamed. On the basis of determining the influencing factors, the system dynamics model of drilling waste treatment technology innovation is established by using the system dynamics theory, analyzing the interrelation among the comprehensive variables, and using Vensim PLE software. According to the relationship between variables, the structural equation is written, and the model is debugged and tested on the platform of Vensim PLE, and the key factors in the system are found through the simulation trend diagram obtained by sensitivity analysis. The dynamic mechanism of technological innovation in drilling waste treatment is constructed, which provides the basis for the formulation of technological innovation strategy and the development of technological innovation activities in enterprises.
