支链羟基官能化SBS的制备及在改性沥青中的应用

【摘要】:以聚苯乙烯-聚丁二烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为原料,巯基乙醇(MCH)为改性剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,利用巯基-烯加成接枝反应,制备出支链羟基官能化SBS(SBS-g-OH)。通过FTIR、~1HNMR、TGA表征了产品的结构和性能,考察了反应时间、温度和巯基乙醇用量对官能度的影响、官能度对SBS-g-OH相对分子质量及聚丁二烯(PB)段1,2-C=C和1,4-C=C双键结构的影响。另外,探究了不同官能度的SBS-g-OH对提高改性沥青稳定性的影响。结果表明:当m(SBS)∶m(MCH)∶m(AIBN)=5∶1∶0.01时,在80℃下反应3 h可得官能度(FD)为24.07%的SBS-g-OH,且羟基主要接枝在SBS的PB段1,2-C=C双键上,该官能度的改性沥青离析程度最小,储存稳定性提高最为明显。
[Abstract]:SBSS-g-OHs with branched hydroxyl groups were prepared from polystyrene-polybutadiene-polystyrene block copolymer (SBS), mercaptoethanol (MCH) as modifier and azodiisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator. The structure and properties of the product were characterized by FTIR 1H NMRGA. The effects of reaction time, temperature and the amount of mercaptoethanol on the functional degree, the relative molecular weight of SBS-g-OH and the double bond structures of 1 ~ (2) -C ~ (-) C and 1 ~ (4) -C ~ (-C) of polybutadiene-butadiene (PBB) were investigated. In addition, the effect of SBS-g-OH with different functionalities on the stability of modified asphalt was investigated.
