一种适合延长低渗油田的水基威兰胶压裂液体系研究

【摘要】:以微生物多糖威兰胶为稠化剂,制备了一种水基威兰胶压裂液WLJ体系并对压裂液性能进行评价。结果表明,0.3%稠化剂制备的压裂液可满足70℃储层压裂需要,该压裂液的基液黏度为26.6 mPa·s,采用自制液体硼砂做交联剂,交联后的压裂液在170 s~(-1)剪切60 min后黏度大于50 mPa·s。该压裂液在低温下能快速破胶,残渣含量304 mg/L、中值粒径59.02μm,低于行业标准要求(500 mg/L),与常规压裂液相比,该压裂液具有较低的稠化剂使用浓度、高弹性、高砂比和低残渣特性,为低渗特低渗透油藏开发提供了一种优良的压裂液体系。
