靖边苏东南气藏压裂水平井动态分析

【摘要】:靖边气田北部苏东南区块是一个低渗砂岩气藏,具有低孔隙低渗透、低丰度、大面积、中低产、埋藏深、非常规隐蔽性强的特点,是靖边气田产能接替的主要区块。气藏压力下降快、稳产难度大、储量动用程度低、经济效益差。为了提高该气藏的储量动用及采出程度,经过3年的研究,于2012年开始进行苏东南区块压裂水平井整体开发。所以对压裂水平井进行全面的动态分析是确保该区块高效开发的基础。 本文以靖边苏东南气藏压裂水平井为研究对象,在调研资料总结区块地质特征的基础上,选取生产状况较为良好的气井进行动态分析。利用现场数据,对压裂水平井进行了产能评价、单井控制储量计算、产量递减规律分析以及合理工作制度研究,对该气藏压裂水平井的开发有着重要意义。 通过研究,本文得出以下结论: (1)通过压裂水平井理论产能公式和一点法公式对气井进行产能评价,并进行产能影响因素分析。 (2)运用流动物质平衡法、井口压力递减法、现代产量递减法对压裂水平井进行了单井控制储量计算,对比得出的结果可靠。 (3)运用Arp's传统递减曲线对出现递减趋势的压裂水平井进行分析,确定气井的递减类型、初始递减率、可采储量、剩余储量以及废弃年限。 (4)采用经验法、采气指数法和临界携液流量法对压裂水平井进行合理配产,确定气井的合理工作制度。 本文通过对苏东南压裂水平井的动态分析,为苏东南区块合理高效开发提供了有力的保证。
[Abstract]:Southeast Jiangsu block in the northern part of Jingbian gas field is a low permeability sandstone gas reservoir with the characteristics of low porosity and low permeability, low abundance, large area, medium and low production, deep burial and strong unconventional concealment. It is the main block of productivity replacement in Jingbian gas field. Gas reservoir pressure decreases rapidly, stable production is difficult, reserve production is low, and economic benefit is poor. In order to improve the reserve production and recovery degree of the gas reservoir, after 3 years of research, the whole development of fractured horizontal wells in southeastern Jiangsu block was started in 2012. Therefore, the comprehensive performance analysis of fracturing horizontal well is the basis to ensure the high-efficiency development of the block. In this paper, the fractured horizontal well in southeastern Jiangsu gas reservoir in Jingbian is taken as the research object. On the basis of investigating and summarizing the geological characteristics of the block, the gas wells with good production condition are selected for dynamic analysis. Based on the field data, the productivity evaluation of the fractured horizontal well, the calculation of the controlled reserves of the single well, the analysis of the law of production decline and the study of the reasonable working system are of great significance to the development of the fractured horizontal well in the gas reservoir. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions: 1) through theoretical productivity formula and one-point formula of fracturing horizontal well, the productivity of gas well is evaluated, and the factors affecting productivity are analyzed. 2) the controlled reserves of fracturing horizontal wells are calculated by means of fluid material balance method, wellhead pressure decline method and modern production decline method. The results obtained by comparison are reliable. 3) using the traditional decline curve of Arp's to analyze the fracturing horizontal wells with decreasing trend, and to determine the decline type, initial decline rate, recoverable reserves, remaining reserves and abandoned years of gas wells. (4) adopting experience method, gas recovery index method and critical liquid carrying flow method to make rational production of fractured horizontal well and to determine the reasonable working system of gas well. By analyzing the performance of fractured horizontal wells in southeastern Jiangsu, this paper provides a strong guarantee for reasonable and efficient development in southeastern Jiangsu.
