基于组态软件与单片机的路灯智能控制系统的研制

【摘要】:油田针对路灯的控制,主要分散于场区各路灯控制开关箱处,每处开关箱约带100基路灯,对路灯的启停控制就集中于开关箱内的控制器。按照季节变化,日照时间的长短,需要人工定期到控制开关箱内调节控制器启停时间,同时监测路灯各相电流情况,来判断电缆有无接地、短路故障。随着无线网络技术与电子技术的发展,可以将人工修改控制器时间以及监控日照时间长度、电流运行值、温度等数据通过远程修改和采集,智能对路灯的运行进行远程控制。本文针对油田特定的功能,研制了路灯智能控制器,作为远端设备放置于开关箱内部,用于启动控制路灯的交流接触器,从而通过交流接触器,启动路灯。控制器带有光强采集模块、RTC时钟控制模块、电流采集模块、无线模块。因此可以通过该远端设备实现对路灯的时钟控制、光强信号、电流信号的采集以及数据回传。本文同时研制了路灯远程控制系统的手持设备,在无线通讯距离内,可通过手持设备,完成对路灯远端控制设备的启停时间修改、点亮及熄灭的实时控制,回传电流数据及光照强度参数。本文研究了组态王软件与单片机MODBUS-ASCII通讯协议及通讯方式。通过计算运行组态王软件,并连接大功率无线模块的方式,在计算机上也可实现对路灯远端控制器电流、光强、温度数据的采集,同时可以完成对远端控制器时钟的修改及路灯启停的即时控制。
[Abstract]:The control of the street lamp is mainly scattered in the control switch box of the street lamp, with 100 basic road lamps in each switch box. The control of the start and stop of the street lamp is concentrated on the controller in the switch box. According to the seasonal change, the length of the sunshine time needs to be regularly controlled in the open box to control the stop time and monitor the street lamp. With the development of the wireless network technology and electronic technology, the artificial modification time of the controller, the length of the monitoring time, the current running value, the temperature and so on can be remotely controlled by the remote control of the running of the street lamp. The intelligent controller of road lamp is designed and developed. As a remote device, it is placed inside the switch box and is used to start the AC contactor to control the street lamp. Through the AC contactor, the road lamp is started. The controller is equipped with the light intensity acquisition module, the RTC clock control module, the current acquisition module and the wireless module. In this paper, the handheld devices of the remote control system of street lamps are developed at the same time. In the distance of the wireless communication, a handheld device can be used to complete the revise of the start and stop time of the remote control equipment of the street lamp, the real-time control of the light and the extinguishing, the return of the current data and the light. In this paper, the communication protocol and communication mode of the Kingview software and the single chip microcomputer MODBUS-ASCII are studied. By calculating the Kingview software and connecting the high-power wireless module, the remote controller current, light intensity and temperature data can be collected on the computer, and the remote controller clock can be completed at the same time. The modification of the lamp and the instant control of the street light start and stop.
