北二西弱碱化三元复合驱结垢规律研究

【摘要】:三元复合驱技术(ASP)是由碱、表面活性剂和聚合物三种化合物按适当比例混合构成的强化采油的新技术,三元复合驱技术能很大程度地提高原油采收率。三元复合驱技术包括强碱(NaOH)三元复合驱和弱碱(Na2CO3)三元复合驱,其中弱碱三元复合驱技术有更多的优势,弱碱三元复合驱能够成为更加具有发展前景的驱油技术。但是,由于弱碱三元复合驱技术受到结垢问题的困扰,从而影响了它的推广应用。本文应用仪器检测和理论分析的方法,对北二西地区的注入端和采出端垢样进行分析,综合研究分析该地区弱碱化三元复合驱结垢规律及其影响因素。通过取样观察、数据分析注入端和采出端结垢情况。分别从热力学、结晶动力学、流体动力学等方面对碳酸盐结垢机理进行分析,通过实验研究聚合物、碱、表面活性剂、悬浮物、温度、钙离子浓度和配制水质等不同因素对注入端系统成垢的影响。检测分析碱浓度、钙离子浓度、碳酸根离子浓度和硅、铝离子浓度等对采出端系统结垢的影响,从而对北二西地区弱碱化三元复合驱结垢规律进行综合分析。通过对多种除垢方法的除垢效果进行比较,发现化学除垢剂除垢的方法效果最显著。通过实验对化学防垢剂进行筛选,结果是二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸(DTPMPA)和乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠(EDTMPS)按照1:1的比例进行复配对钙垢的防垢效果比其他防垢剂好,羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)比其他有机酸对硅垢的防垢效果好。
[Abstract]:ASP (ASP) is a new enhanced oil recovery technology which is composed of alkali surfactant and polymer in a proper proportion. ASP flooding technology can improve oil recovery to a great extent. The ASP flooding technology includes strong alkali NaOH ASP flooding and weak alkali Na2CO3) ASP flooding, in which the weak base ASP flooding technology has more advantages, and the weak base ASP flooding technology can become a more promising flooding technology. However, the application of weak alkali ASP flooding is affected by scaling problem. In this paper, the scale samples at the injection end and the recovery end in the North Erxi area are analyzed by means of instrument detection and theoretical analysis, and the scaling law and influencing factors of the weak alkali ASP flooding in this area are comprehensively studied and analyzed. Through sampling and observation, the data analysis of the injection end and the recovery end scaling situation. The mechanism of carbonate scaling was analyzed from thermodynamics, crystallization kinetics, fluid dynamics and so on. Polymer, alkali, surfactant, suspended solids, temperature were studied by experiment. Effects of different factors such as calcium concentration and preparation water quality on scale formation of the implanted system. The effects of alkali concentration, calcium ion concentration, carbonate ion concentration, silicon ion concentration and aluminum ion concentration on scale formation in the recovery end system were analyzed, and the scaling law of weak alkali ternary compound flooding in North Erxi area was comprehensively analyzed. By comparing the scale removal effect of many kinds of scale removal methods, it is found that the chemical scale removal agent has the most remarkable effect. The chemical scale inhibitor was screened by experiments. The results showed that the compound of diethylenetriamine pentamethylphosphonic acid (DTPMPA) and ethylenediamine tetramethylidene phosphonate sodium (EDTMPS) at 1:1 had better anti-scaling effect on calcium than other antiscaling agents. Hydroxy ethylidene diphosphonate (HEDP) has better antifouling effect on silicon scale than other organic acids.
