提高煅烧焦装置运行稳定性和经济效益的研究

【摘要】:本文针对煅烧焦装置回转窑系统、输送系统、除尘系统、余热锅炉系统等进行了研究、分析,对重点部位、重点设备、重点技术措施等进行了改造、创新,取得了一定的成绩,对煅烧焦装置的可持续性发展做出了一定的贡献。本文通过装置大事记、设备运行记录、巡检记录、生产运行台账等数据记录,汇总出影响装置稳定运行的各项突出问题;通过理论分析、资料查询、文献参考、同行业装置考察、聘请专家现场指导等方法,制定出各项问题的处理方案;通过对回转窑内衬浇筑方法的改进、除尘系统的改造、装置输送系统的改造、余热锅炉系统的改造、成品筛分装置的建设等项目的实施,对煅烧焦装置目前存在的突出问题进行处理。通过改造前与改造后的数据以及效果对比,可知所有实施项目都取得了显著的成绩,每年为煅烧焦装置增加运行时间830.75小时,累计创效649万余元。与此同时,改善了车间职工的工作环境,保护了职工的身体健康,减少了污染物的排放,消除了一定的安全隐患,提高了装置的安全性。本篇论文所涵盖的13个项目中,有8个项目被评为辽河油田公司优秀科技成果,得到了广泛认可,同时,也证明了本次研究取得了优异的成绩。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the rotary kiln system, conveying system, dust removal system and waste heat boiler system of coke calcining device are studied, analyzed, the key parts, key equipment and key technical measures are reformed and innovated, and some achievements have been made. It has made a certain contribution to the sustainable development of calciner. In this paper, the outstanding problems affecting the stable operation of the device are summarized by means of such data records as device events, equipment operation records, inspection records, production and operation accounts, and through theoretical analysis, data inquiry, literature references, etc. Through the improvement of the lining pouring method, the dedusting system, the unit conveying system, the waste heat boiler system, and so on, the solutions to the problems are worked out, such as the inspection of the equipment in the same industry, the hiring of experts on the spot and the guidance of the experts on the spot, and through the improvement of the lining and pouring method of the rotary kiln, The construction of finished product screening unit and other projects are carried out to deal with the outstanding problems existing in the calciner. By comparing the data before and after revamping as well as the results, it can be seen that all the projects have achieved remarkable results. The operation time of the calciner is increased by 830.75 hours every year, and the cumulative effect is more than 6.49 million yuan. At the same time, the working environment of the workshop workers is improved, the health of the workers is protected, the discharge of pollutants is reduced, the hidden danger of safety is eliminated, and the safety of the device is improved. Of the 13 projects covered in this paper, 8 have been rated as outstanding scientific and technological achievements of Liaohe Oilfield Company, which has been widely recognized. At the same time, it has also proved that this research has achieved excellent results.
