稠油油藏非线性渗流特征与相渗计算方法研究

【摘要】:稠油油藏的主要特征是原油粘度高,油中富含胶质、沥青质等高分子化合物,渗流不符合达西渗流定律。目前,国内外对稠油渗流规律的研究在理论层面较多,实验规律较少。本文在前人研究的基础上,通过大量的实验及理论分析,对稠油油藏的非线性渗流特征与相渗计算方法做了进一步的深入研究。首先通过研究不同类型稠油在不同温度下的流变特征,明确了不同类型稠油的流变模式,揭示了稠油非线性渗流特征的产生机理。在此基础上,研究了束缚水下油相渗流的启动压力和流速压差曲线。通过对大量实验数据的拟合回归,分别得出了油相启动压力梯度、描述流速-压差曲线的参数与岩石气测渗透率和流体粘度之间的经验公式,得到了稠油单相渗流启动压力的规律、特点以及渗流特征的描述方法。由于稠油油藏多相渗流的复杂性,传统的JBN方法在非稳态测定稠油油藏油水相渗曲线的过程中不再适用。文章最后根据稠油的渗流特征,探索出一种适用于稠油油藏油水相渗计算的新方法,该方法可以阐明稠油渗流非线性和毛管力对稠油相渗曲线的具体影响。本文在以上研究的基础上,为稠油油藏的非线性渗流特征提供了一套定量的描述和预测方法。
[Abstract]:The main characteristics of heavy oil reservoir are that the viscosity of crude oil is high, the oil is rich in polymer compounds such as colloid and asphaltene, and percolation does not conform to Darcy's percolation law. At present, there are many theoretical and experimental studies on the percolation law of heavy oil at home and abroad. On the basis of previous studies, this paper makes a further in-depth study on the nonlinear percolation characteristics and the calculation methods of phase permeability in heavy oil reservoirs through a large number of experiments and theoretical analysis. By studying the rheological characteristics of different types of heavy oil at different temperatures, the rheological models of different types of heavy oil are defined, and the mechanism of nonlinear percolation characteristics of heavy oil is revealed. On this basis, the starting pressure and velocity pressure difference curves of bound oil phase seepage are studied. By fitting and regressing a large number of experimental data, the empirical formulas of oil phase starting pressure gradient, describing the parameters of flow-pressure difference curve, rock gas permeability and fluid viscosity are obtained. The law, characteristics and description method of the starting pressure of viscous oil single phase seepage flow are obtained. Because of the complexity of multiphase percolation in heavy oil reservoirs, the traditional JBN method is no longer suitable for the determination of oil-water permeability curves in heavy oil reservoirs. In the end, according to the percolation characteristics of heavy oil, a new method for calculating oil-water phase permeability in heavy oil reservoir is explored. This method can clarify the concrete influence of the nonlinear seepage of heavy oil and capillary force on the permeability curve of heavy oil. On the basis of the above research, this paper provides a set of quantitative description and prediction method for the nonlinear percolation characteristics of heavy oil reservoirs.
